Royal Paan — Restaurant in Mississauga

Disappointed to another level. I have been visiting royal paan for such a long time specially from toronto for its paan and paneer burger. But today i happened to visit this airport road branch🙄 just to experience a disaster. We ordered a pneer burger(expecting it to be a patty burger - as clearly shown in the picture of their OWN MENU). I have been a chef with marriot hotel for a long time, and clearly know what a paneer burger is.

After which i asked the owner(the old uncle and the others) to change the supposed to be paneer burger for a patty burger. To my surprise they not only refused to exchange it but rudely told me that they will not take the food back. Haha. Again to my surprise for the first time in Canada i was denied of return of something i did not like as it was not as displayed on the menu. And in fact the rude uncle suggested that i should throw the food...

Would give 0 if it has option not bcoz the worst pan they served but i met the worst of human there the guy who making pan near aged upto 45 in white beard... Literally i had never ever seen worst human like him on this planet, its all about the behavior i ordered two pan he gave me the one which is already prepared i ask him humbly 3 times that i need to customize it but he ignores me and than in end i says i don't need it wanted to customize than ohh maannnn he gave the scariest look just like i asked him for something free and than rudely he ask what do u want to add in it i was about to leave the shop at that moment as i have never experienced this much rudeness in voice as a customer... Heads up to royal paan kindly please look into such kind of matter its all about...

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They scam you money and give you garbage food. Read other reviews this isn’t a one time experience

Scam money

They will always overcharge you over your bill $1 & 13% tax= $1.13 over any bill. After looking confused at her charging the wrong bill, she said ‘we charge’ $1. And I’m like for what?! Then she lied saying she pressed the wrong button

Terrible service. The owner starts throwing & cutting multiple boxes in the dining area. Tv blaring for his own enjoyment. With customers just watching in utter disgust

Disgusting food- They had raw pistachio shells in the shake I ordered (see picture). Felt like a toe nail or something. And they dilute the chaats yogurt with water!!!

Disrespectful to the Royal Paan franchise. Will never go to their...
