Dirty Bird Chicken + Waffles Express — Restaurant in Mississauga

A nook in Pearson with a neat idea? Doesn't sound bad at first until you order and see what beholds you.

The associate was managing both this restaurant and the place to the left of it, the tacqueria. She was quick and prompt and that's a good thing! We ordered 2 Itty Bittys, which was chicken bites and two waffles each.

The food came out really quick which was a bit concerning. It was more concerning when one batch was pink and purple on the inside. There was also a strand of hair that was fried into one of the pieces. Definitely not what you want to have as extra seasoning.

The associate was apologetic and quick to help with either a new batch or refund. When requested for a refund, the manager came in and asked for "cash or credit" without any previous questions about quality. This was a red flag that this is a regular event for them to not even ask and fix their issues.

Be warned, eat here if you want to leave the washroom a mess in more...

If I could give this place a 0 star I would . I ordered a meal that clearly in the picture has 2 tenders in it . When given my food they only gave me one . I of course said something about it and the lady named nadeer tells me if the piece was big they only give one . Needless to say the piece was not big at all and was literally the size of one of the pieces in the pics. I then told her and the manager they were false advertising and should say something somewhere that says is the case before I pay 11 dollars for one small piece of chicken and 2 tiny waffles . Was litterally the size of a kids meal at other fast food places . Anyways they did nothing to resolve the solution and refused a refund . I complained to corporate via email but doubt anything will be done about it but just kno buyers beware before u eat hear and feel...

This place has really one of the worst fast food I have ever eaten at an airport. The breaded chicken tasted like it was fried in a month old oil. The chicken was pink and the tasted awful. The waffles were overcooked. On top of that, it was incredible overpriced for the quality and quantity also having in mind that doesn't come with fries or drink. One bite was enough for me as it tasted horrible so I returned 95% of the meal to the counter and let her know it was terrible. All I got was a confused look and silence, nothing else. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. If you are at the airport just walk 3 mins more and you will find tons of good fast food that for sure you...
