I have to say that I’m really disappointed of this restaurant, although the food is great but when it comes to pay and pack up your order there is always something missing. I just went today and the first thing I picked up was a Flan. After getting served, the black guy told me he would wrap up my flan and pack it up, he handed me all my order in the bags well tied up, I came home (I live in Brampton) and unpacked the items I bought : everything else it was there except the flan.

Last time I went there, a Filipino dude served me and he forgot to pack up my fried shrimps… I let it pass because i wasn’t going to drive back to Mississauga just for a few shrimps and I said okay I’ll let it go but today i visited this restaurant after that time and it happens again??? Is it a casualty or they are doing in on purpose? I must say that I paid for those items before they weee handed over to me. I’m sure if I ever go back I will make sure they pack everything I paid for. Not fair you guys are playing...

It's a take out restaurant so as far as atmosphere, what do you expect? Dancing girls? Now as far as food and service? The service was excellent. The gentleman that took my order was polite and efficient. He asked what pieces I wanted and if I wanted extra garnishes. Now when it came to the food? I wish I had bought double or triple. And this was the end of the day food! First of all, everything was perfectly seasoned. Portuguese food tends to be salty. I bought a Sea Bream, 2 pieces of I think it's called Viena Cod (egg batter and baked) and skin on potatoes. Everything was flavourful but not salty at all! I brought the meal home home and heated it in the oven for 15 minutes and it was delicious! Oh, and pieces were a very good size. Not lumberjack sized but plenty. I have tried the food here before and it's always been good. Today was excellent! I can't wait until my next opportunity to travel to Mississauga to stop by Farol...
