⭐ 1 STAR – HEARTBROKEN BY HOW FAR THIS PLACE HAS FALLEN ⭐

I can’t even put into words how disappointed I am. Back in 2021, this place was to die for. I used to bring my family and friends here all the time because the food was actually good. The burgers were fresh, the ingredients were quality, and it was a place I could trust. But after this recent visit? I don’t even recognize it anymore.

On Valentine’s Day, of all days, I expected at least a decent meal. Instead, I got a stale, lifeless mess. The bun was so dry and hard that I could barely chew it. The lettuce tasted off—wilted, bitter, almost rotten. Every bite was a disappointment. The only thing that wasn’t awful was the meat, but even that couldn’t save how bad the rest of it was.

And to make things even worse? They’ve almost DOUBLED their prices since 2021. If I’m paying that much, the food should at least be edible. This wasn’t just bad—it felt like they didn’t even care.

What hurts the most is that I’ve had the Oakville and Erin Mills locations before, and they were never this bad. Sure, I haven’t been to them in the past month, but at least when I did, the food was edible. I could sit down, enjoy my meal, and not feel like I wasted my money. But this? This was inedible, overpriced, and downright insulting.

I used to love this place. I used to bring my family and friends here with pride. But after this? I can’t do it anymore. I walked away feeling heartbroken, ripped off, and completely let down. I don’t know what happened to Dixie Gladiator and Burger, but it’s not the place I once loved. I’ll...

EPIC. BIG. HIGH QUALITY BURGERS. GLADIATOR BURGERS CONQUERS ALL OTHER BURGERS.

My first time here. I got the Liberator burger. Massive burger. Very tasty smashed patty. High quality ingredients. The burger comes with cheddar cheese, mayo, an actual PORTOBELLO mushroom, and fried interposer between the top bun and the meat. Bun is brioche.

Burger was voluminous. Look at measurement photo. 4 inches high almost. Top bun is about an inch tall.

Considering how sophisticated the burger is in terms of ingredients count, it was well-assembled and held itself together.

Side of fries was remarkably good. Done just right

Ambiance here is remarkable. The cartoon murals playing on the ancient rome galdiator theme are inspiring and the theme of bigness in the murals resonates with you as you hold and behold the massive burger.

Interior is spotless. Table, flooring, walls, seating surfaces, and even the ketchup bottles were stain free.

The high quality sound system plays good music and reverbs nicely, makes you feel like you are in a colliseum.

Staff was very friendly, and the server checked on my dining experience at the end.

This place embarrasses Harbour 60 and all the pretentious burger places with its quality dining experience. It decimates fast food burgers. Even the independent burger places in tdot like Matts or Rosies cannot hold a candle to this place.

I will come back here to conquer more burgers! Cavalry...

Stepping into the establishment on a quiet Sunday afternoon for lunch, I couldn't help but notice the near-empty setting, with only one other occupied table. Despite the initial hesitancy, my hunger prevailed, and I decided to forge ahead. As a first-timer, I had a few inquiries, and the accommodating staff patiently guided me through their offerings, providing insightful recommendations. Opting for the house favorite, The Gladiator Burger, proved to be a wise decision. The burger boasted two succulent patties, expertly grilled to perfection. The amalgamation of caramelized onions, pickles, and a tantalizing aioli resulted in a flavor explosion. My only qualm was the use of beef bacon instead of the traditional pork variety, which might leave purists longing for the classic touch. However, this strategic choice caters to a diverse audience seeking Halal options. The Hot Battle chicken sandwich was a delightful concoction of three generously-sized batter-fried chicken tenders drenched in their balzin' sauce. While the sauce failed to live up to its "blazing" moniker, it didn't disappoint in taste. The addition of fresh coleslaw provided a welcome crunch and paired harmoniously with the chicken. The diverse, flavorful offerings, hearty portions and friendly staff make Gladiator Burger & Steak a noteworthy spot for Burgers in...

I've found my new home, for hamburgers!!! Hailing from the big smoke, hubby & I popped into this interesting named restaurant today, October 25/25. Do not let the name gladiator fool you into thinking its a hot, spicy sauce. It's similar to mayo with some tanginess. We sat & waited for our meal & it was delivered PDQ! My first bite reminded me of the time 44 yrs ago when I bit into a glorious hamburger at Busch Gardens Florida, USA. That's how long its been before finding this glorious meal! I had the Warrior burger today & instead of a fresh onion in my bun, I opted for caramelized instead. Glory be to the heavens, OMG. I mean oh la la what did I just bite into?!?!?!? Wow! Wow! Wowzie!!!!! •●Perfection•● People get in here to this restaurant! I ate my burger in less than 7 minutes. The taste is a standout. •● The beef was tasty, my garnishments were fresh, the gladiator sauce was mouthwatering. Yes, there are other locations, and in Toronto it would be in Scarborough, Ontario. Cost was reasonable for two people. Check out my hamburger photos! Ps. Staff is perfect, friendly, talkative about this place. Everyone is sweet. I was expecting a different restaurant feel before I walked in here. Its best described as a spot where any construction worker could waltz in, order, place his hard hat on the table and dig in.
