Extremely beautiful ambience, authentic decor. Wonderful staff great customer service always with a smile and always ready to help (I didn't have a problem with speed of service like some of the others, there was a line and we were seated immediately and shisha and food came about 10-20 later but we were talking having a good time there was no rush), food is good, shisha is good and clean (the group of us that went had only one complaint that there wasn't much smoke or a buzz). Entertainment (a belly dancer) was a great touch, not to mention the beautiful Arabic music in the background -- it's such an amazing vibe. Their booths are great sizes, great for all types of groups.

They do no serve alcohol here, but they have great smoothies and teas, and are known for their Turkish coffee.

This is my second time here, I absolutely loved my experience the first time so much that I came the second time with my friends and they loved it too.

Unfortunately collectively, our only disappointment was their bathrooms. But to be fair, it was a late Friday night, it had probably gone through tons of uses by then, and the staff were busy, unfortunately too busy that bathrooms were unfortunately not maintained. It's sad because it's not entirely the staffs fault, as patrons coming in, we should be more respectful to public bathrooms, but to not turn this review to a sour one, that would be the only thing Shishalicious would need to improve to get my 5 stars.

I recently visited this place for the first time. We opted for the regular option, but we weren't informed that it was entirely self-service—from unwrapping the pipe to managing the coals ourselves. Unfortunately, the sheesha quality wasn’t as expected; it tasted burnt. We wanted to provide genuine feedback to help improve the experience for future customers, but the process did not go as expected.

After waiting over 15 minutes, Abdul approached us. He seemed overly confident in his knowledge, with little tolerance for constructive feedback. It felt as though he was prepared for an argument rather than a conversation, which led to him asking unnecessary and frustrating questions. His demeanor came across as rude, and despite my reluctance to use that term, it felt accurate in this situation. Not every customer seeks a replacement—some of us simply want to share our experience and ensure improvements can be made.

While I appreciate the efforts of other staff members and the manager, the encounter with Abdul ultimately spoiled our evening, prompting us to leave.
