Unfortunate. This is probably my second time having a drink from this location. Had no issue the last time we were here while a male employee was attending us. I usually go to gotcha bubble tea but decided to have my husband pickup bubble tea from gongcha today. He's not use to ordering but as I'm 9 months pregnant, I sent him. He is someone that never complains or has anything negative to say but came home upset with his experience with the employee there today who said her name was Maya. She didn't ask for what size he wanted so he asked what sizes are offered. He pointed at the large size as we were going to share. He paid and when he got his drink he was confused as to why it was the smaller/regular size. He asked if there was a way to adjust his order as he wanted the large and had pointed to the large. He even offered to pay the price difference but nothing was done. The overall experience for him wasn't pleasant. Wont be going back for sure unless staff can be trained to accommodate reasonable requests that customers are paying for or willing to pay for. Or a proper explanation be provided as to why an employee mistake should be a...
Read moreVery rude staff esp Arthur. Very rude attitude when taking our order, because we had 5 kids placing an order, you need to be patient if youâre working with people. we even told the other customers to go ahead as weâre still deciding. I brought my guests here who are visiting from America. They have an autistic child who wasnât even loud. Arthur asked us to step out. If this was a spa or a quiet zone weâd be silent or leave itâs a boba place and everyone here was already loud. Child is autistic or not, you shouldnât tell a family to leave because of theyâre 3 year old who isnât even crying or yelling. Looked like heâs so sick of his job then quit it! If child was running around and screaming, thatâs another thing. Poor girl was just sitting and would say a sound here and there and this annoyed him only and nobody else at the store, there were 10-15 other people and no one else was bothered or...
Read moreHave been to this location before and it was great, however I went today to pick up a couple milk teas, door is open so I enter, the girl working greets me or so I thought so I responded with a kind greeting as I came in. She looks me up and down and rudely responds "i said we are not open" i was so shocked at her abruptness I apologized and proceeded to leave. I get kids don't all have great manners these days but what kind of message does that send to customers if your door is open and people are inside, it was 10 minutes before they open I now realize, and instead of a kind greeting and a reminder that you aren't open yet you acost a customer and rudely tell them to leave? This location can do better, won't be back...
