Update: I gave them another chance, thought my salad wasn’t made “today” turns out there’s a sticker that’s been removed and a Saturday sticker put over top of a removed sticker. Time for public health call

Three out of four times that you come to this location your wait an average of 1 1/2to 2 1/2 times as long as any other Harvey’s location for worse service In comparison to steeles s/410 , Southdown/Lakeshore or to Dixie/ Dundas this is the worst Harvey’s in all of peel region, The lack of staffing lack of a supervisor support lack of manager support has resulted in poor quality service poor time management and efficiency and just general lack of service the food is almost the same it just takes longer than everywhere else and And it makes me wonder where else they’re lacking I don’t trust them they’re clearly not qualified to be running a Harvey’s franchise

For comparison; A double Junior burger with Pepsi and fries no ice was just ordered at South town Lakeshore in one minute and 55 seconds the order was placed I drove around to the pick up window page for the order and receive my drink and burger combo At burn/mavis I spent 5 waiting to place and order with no cars in front, then spent 3:31 on hold trying to leave the drive thru 8:31 mins at least...

As a kid I always looked forward to going to eat at Harvey's. The food was amazing. But lately that's not the case. The food is not the same. It was not tasty, the hamburger patties were thin and the over taste of the burger was very disappointing. To be honest, when I got home I did not feel well and I regretted eating there. This is not the first time I felt I felt this way. Another Harvey's in Brampton I felt the same way. At first I thought it was just one location and now I'm realizing, maybe the corporation thought it was a great idea to change how Harvey's used to be into what we have now. It's a shame because I grew up on Harveys with it's amazing taste, it was a treat for me and my family. Not it's not. I don't think ill be going to any Harvey's any time soon which is a real shame. This review is a reflection of the food and not the service. They were fine. Also I ordered an Angus burger combo for my son and I got a cheeseburger myself. I assume the Angus burger would have been slightly bigger than a regular cheeseburger. But it was the reverse in this case.

Short Version: I had a rushed, subpar experience at Harvey's during the night shift. The lady seemed uninterested and possibly served pre-cooked food. I would not recommend coming here at night.

Long Version: I recently visited Harvey's around midnight, and the lady working the night shift seemed to rush my order, listing toppings for my burger before I had a chance to speak. It felt like she was trying to get through the interaction quickly so she could return to doing nothing during her graveyard shift. That's just what I think, anyway. On top of that, the burger was handed to me just 30 seconds after ordering, which made me question the freshness of the food. It's possible that she had pre-cooked the burgers and kept them under heat lamps, which would explain the surprising speed of her service. I honestly would not recommend this location if you're coming during the night shift. It seems like the lady wants customers out of there quick so she could go on...
