JUST for BIRYANI - 5 Star -- Hand down Best Chicken/Veal/ Lamb Biryani in town. Aroma, Taste, Quantity. STAFF - Staff is always a bit rude regardless of which location you visit .. i am a very frequent Biryani customer almost every saturday - meadowvale town center location use to be my nearest and use to think may be just the front stuff is rude at the location but since they closed & i strt going to Dixie location i found the same attitude - i will call 3- 4 hrs in advance to keep my biryani order for pickup - and this had happened so many times that they have messed up with the order - so they will sell one box out of 4 then will give me a call saying we have sold one coz we had a customer and we were not sure if u r coming or not! Like really 😒 i asked you to hold 6 biryani boxes for me and told you in detail that i will pick up right at the end of my day shift by 6pm or 7pm & you still gave it to someone else and have the audacity to call me and tell me if i still need 3 or should they sell that too 😒 One male will always take the order over the phone and will confirm and when i will call if the biryani is ready for pickup other girls or whoever is at the cash will not know that i have placed the order and I will be there for pickup! It has been 10 years and this thing has not been improved or changed!! I hope they do better on their new location at Eglinton...

Today's pick up, take out special: chicken Pulau and chick peas dish. Great deal, but too pungeant, but that's the food! Dropped a star in Mar 2020 what happened? The price of Biryani still good, BUT the taste of chicken Biryani and of channa past two times now lacks. Not tasty! And way too spicy hot to keep any taste in the mouth! Disappointed! March 2021.-m pricing is very affordable as evidenced by the number of people buying the food good portion good price 90% of the time it's tasty the other timed it's either too spicy or not tasty. However today I was disappointed that the server short-changed me and when I noted to him that I need more change back he returned my money without so much as an apology. I of course thanked him, don't know why but as a habit. Jul 8/22- what wrong guys? Today's chicken Biryani, although a dollar higher now, was bland and tasteless, even though I asked for spicy this time around. The colour was there but disappointed in its taste. Today, March 22/23...after years of buying their famous Biryani with 2 pieces of chicken, I was disappointed and upset that only one piece chicken, a leg, was included in my takeout Biryani....and no one is answering their phones at this...

Absolutely Horrible customer service. I drove 14km there only to be bad mouthed by lady at my request to have my food served to me in a different container that wasn't Styrofoam because Styrofoam containers are toxic.

In the past their staff usually just charged you an extra dollar or two for the 5cent containers which was alright. But this time the lady behind the counter just had to be right. I walked away and planned on writing this review.

The management there need to realize the health hazards of using Styrofoam containers.
