SALSAL KABOB — Restaurant in Mississauga

I had to give a one star here even though I didn’t get the food. I saw good reviews so I called but was instructed to go on snappy to order as they don’t take phone order (not sure why). I gladly did. But when the kids are hungry and whining, the last thing I needed was to order online, and when I arrived, they said “oh we didn’t make it, we didn’t confirm the order”… okay so what now? “ I can make it now it’ll be 30 minutes”. No sorry, no remorse shown. Since the place appeared sketchy as far as cleanliness, also they were chilling like they didn’t have an order in a long time, I chose to leave. Not likely to give them another chance

Edit: not sure why you said “there was no confirmed order in our system” as if you’re trying to blame technology. When I asked for refund, you were able to refund me in one touch on your screen… this proves that you had it in your system and that your employee told the truth when she said “we got it but we didn’t confirm it”

Either way, to me, whether it’s technical or human error, it makes...

I recently dined at Salsal Kabob and had an outstanding experience. The food was delicious, especially the kabobs which were cooked to perfection and seasoned wonderfully. The portions were generous and the ingredients tasted very fresh.

The service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a clean and well-maintained dining area.

I had such a wonderful experience at Salsal Kabob Afghan Cuisine! The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, making me feel so welcomed. My order was ready so quickly, and the customer service was absolutely top-notch. The person who helped me went above and beyond, even adding more than enough sauces for my wrap, which I really appreciated.
