I was going to coras for at least four years now. I used to love it and it used to be our family Sunday breakfast spot. The service used to be superb and they used to be a lady named Roxy which made our experience sleep just lovely. For the last four months now this place went to complete waste. The service is just horrible while waiting in line for over an hour to be seated with many open Seats available but they won't seat you. Once they do seat you it takes over 20 minutes to receive a coffee and for the last six times we being there are orders everyone at the tables were incorrect . The last time we went there I found a hair in my food and I told the owner thinking she was the manager she took the plate away and did not offered to make us a new plate or to give us something new when we asked for the bill we noticed we were charge for a plate that we only ate one egg out of until we found the hair . When I brought up the wrap to the main server named Suzy and pulled the blond hair right it front of her, she said she can’t see it. Then I found a black hair which is very easy to see from the eggs Benedict and Suzy acted very rude since I asked for the manager. She did not apologize and did not try to solve the issue in a professional way. She still wanted us to pay for those meals which doesn’t make any sense. I appreciate the way our server reacted as he removed both meals from our bill (did not get his name). Do not go here if you don’t like expired looking food and the taste of the hair.
Update to your response. Let’s not be lying here. View your cameras and I suggest you hire professionals to work at your location. This could have been solved with a simple talk and not lies. We asked for a meal replace initially and you brought it back with blond hair. Me as a customer is allowed to ask for a meal replace if it did not look like in a picture at all and refuse to take it back with the addition of hair. In addition, another black hair was found in another meal. Do not cover up by other customers since first of all, none sat near us, second, my hair is not black. None of our hair was black. Extremely bad and incompetent excuse for a place like this. Suzy is a liar, and lied to you as well. She is rude to customers and also to other servers she’s taking care of. Read moreI’m visiting Ontario for a few weeks, and decided to catch up with some long lost friends in Mississauga area. Which I haven’t seen them for over 15 years now. We all wanted a brunch and I never had coras before so we gave the Dixie location a try and this was on civic day. We all assumed they were going to be busy which we were right, they were very, very busy for a small atmosphere. We waited patiently then We got sat right by the kitchen. In a booth! I was happy about that. The fruit decoration was absolutely stunning!! Couldn’t believe it was 100% real fruit. Very creative,Made the wait not so horrible. But being so close to the kitchen was disturbing I seen what was going on behind the scene!! It was Ridiculous. I understand it was one server on that’s why we were patient but I watched him take the coffee pot while he was making coffee walk away really fast and not even realize coffee was going everywhere!!!!! And the counter was full of dirty plates. I guess he was very overwhelmed, but when we finally got are Oder placed it was by a young lady named Hailey I can not stress how much this girl made sure we were satisfied. Amazing waitress even when she got ordered to take our table,she still came over right away with a huge smile,and made us feel very welcomed we gave are order and drinks the same time which I really liked. And she even stayed and had a little conversation. Such a sweet girl.I will come back again just so she can serve me and my friends. Not to mention soon as Hailey got there I seen her and the woman at the door cleaning non-stop and the kitchen became clean in minutes. And the food came out of the kitchen really fast and very hot!
