None of us like their greasy overpriced food! It was around $40 for a family pizza meal. We took our 10 yro daughter their to have some fun after an all day event in Etobicoke. The play passes are also expensive. $17 for 30 mins of play time. Which was difficult to do alot since it was so busy with birthday party kids and no parental supervision watching most of these kids. My child would be playing a game and another kid would cut in front of her. I saw a woman allowing her child to climb up the Ski-ball games and they were mixing balls from 2 into one machine so noone could play the other one. Then some games we went to 3 in a row were all out of tickets so I had to go look for a staff member and explain that they were all out and she wasn't getting her tickets. They really need to have someone monitoring the play area obviously! She still enjoyed playing, but a lot of wasted time! It was nice to have a machine count your tickets and print a single ticket at the end.

We spent my son's 6th birthday here, a very happy party, the pizza is fresh and delicious, the game console is very suitable for children of their age, and the most important thing is that a group photo is required to ensure that the children will not be blocked Others took it away, and the safety issue made us feel at ease. Emma, our party host, she was great, always smiling, patient, fun interacting with the kids, driving the mood and singing, thank you so much Emma! The party wasn't over yet my daughter told Me, she wanted her birthday to be held here too, and I said yes, as a mom, this place saves me a lot of pre-party preparations, and every time I used to be busy, I lost the time to enjoy with the children , this time, I really felt the enjoyment in the party. After the party, every child who came to the party took away their own goody bags. I didn't need to spend much time preparing them, and they also liked the toys inside.

this location is ruined . We have been coming here for many years. Both of my kids celebrated every birthday here. I would come to this location as a child as well. They've renovated it since the last time we were here (april) and took away ALL the animatronics and added a bunch of garbage that you have to pay a lot more money to use. It looks like a school cafeteria now all the charm is gone. We had to cancel my son's birthday party here because the only reason they really like coming is for the animatronics. I don't understand, with the popularity of things like five nights at Freddy's why in the world would they decide to take away the thing that It's clearly based on. It boggles my mind.

WORST Chuck e Cheese ever!!! I'm forced to give one star. My kids love Chucke and we have been to so many from the US to Canada. Today I decided to check this one for the first time. First of all the staff is far from trying to be friendly, like they are forced to work there.

Then I'm in line at the cashier, waiting for my turn. 2 people cut the line in front of me and they are served without the staff putting some order. Then comes this lady who tried to cut the line. The man behind me told her it is rude as she has to respect the line. She started giving sarcastic and rude answers to him, almost mocking him. I intervened and told her the man was right as she should be more respectful of the line. The lady was clearly annoyed by this. Then comes my turn, I'm served, the cashier apologized and is very nice. I topped up my kids cards and we went back to play, totally left the incident behind me. That is when I see the lady rushing to me with her husband, then proceeded to tell him in front of me "this is the lady". Then the man faced me and told me in a aggressive way to repeat to him what I told his wife. I decided not to confront him and ran to the same cashier and told him what was going on. Out of no where, another man now jumped in, interrupted me and said what is going on. The cashier told him a lady cut me in line. He replied ok then there is no more problem, I've been served so I should move on, end of the story. He was condescending in his approach and I decided no to argue with him. I kept trying to interract with the cashier and the same guy kept interrupting me, making it sound like Im making a big deal just for a place in line. Finally, I get overwhelmed and annoyed and tells him I don't know who he is to jump in my conversation as he didnt even introduced himself. That is where he told me he is the general manager, like I should have guessed it (all other staff have uniform and he had none). Then as I tried to talk, he kept interrupting me again telling me he cannot help me if I he doesn't understand my issue beyong that a woman cut me in line and he cannot go after other customers (did he even try to help?). In the meantime the husband who came after me was still hanging around, while I have to deal with this GM arguing with me in front of my 2 kids. Then he turned his back on me and left telling he doesn't get my issue. No need to say I had no more time to waste there and that was my last time at that location. I left forgetting my kids 2 cards that I just paid 30$ to charge after initially spending 60$. Worst worst worst ever. Haven't been to a place where the GM is the problem and talk to customer, a mother with her 2 kids chased by a men in such a condescending way.

Being a Black woman, I wonder how much stereotype of the "angry Black Woman" played here. An Indian guy and his wife are assaulting, the GM, an Indian guy pretend he doesn't see the man chasing me and doesnt even try to introduce himself politely and listen, but instead, jumps into conclusion that I'm making a big deal out of nothing. Very...

I went to the location at Rockwood mall yesterday for a family birthday party and I have a few complaints. First of all let me start by saying the staff are amazing! They are basically all teenagers, but they did such a great job trying to serve us to the best of their abilities and were very friendly and great with the kids. Despite the fact that you could tell they were super rushed and overworked. My issues had a lot to do with the restaurant/gaming room itself.

  1. everything was filthy. I understand kids can get pretty messy but their should be staff dedicated to cleaning throughout the day. The buffet and drink area was disgusting and I would never eat anything from there. And every game you touched was covered in grease
  2. half the games were out of order, in fact every single skeeball game was not working at all. This gets pretty annoying especially since the prices for games are extremely overpriced.
  3. the food is also very overpriced and not very good. We paid $50 for 21 wings and 3 drinks and the wings were gross. They were baked not fried like at most restaurants and they were very fatty and just did not taste good. We each ate about 3-4 wings and threw out the rest. Also the pop was very flat and watered down
  4. the Birthday party itself was super rushed. We sat down to eat pizza but they only brought out 2 of the 6 pizzas we ordered. We didn’t get the last 2 until way after we had cake, which was forced upon due to the happy birthday show. Then they starting cleaning up for the next round of parties and forced us out of our table, but were were not done eating because they brought the other pizzas and ice cream late.
  5. the stage where the animatronics were was very dark, it seemed like all the lights just were not working, even the chuck e cheese sign wasn’t on. Maybe the owner turned them off on purpose to save money? Either way it really destroys the magic of the show when the kids can’t even see anything. Also, right after they did the happy Birthday show, the sound for the tv was turned off. So kids who where still eating or opening presents couldn’t even enjoy the tv. Also, please put the balloons at the other end of the table so they are not blocking the whole stage. In all a very poor experience at this location, the only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the friendliness of the staff. I will not take my kids to this location...

I have a story to share. We've been coming to this location everyday the past few days as a family with my little one. Today I had decided to come without my husband (he was working). I was told to login to the app, to which I told the worker that my husband had all that on his phone. My husband sent a screenshot of the QR code they require for the pass my son has. And suddenly I was told that they had a 'policy' to which they can't accept screenshots of the code. A lady manager was called and said to absolutely not accept any screenshots to her worker quietly in front of me. Where is such policy? Nowhere to be found. So I ask to speak to another manager, a male manager comes and I speak with him. He provides me with an email for guest services. No number and just as useless as everyone else there. There was another manager (brown guy) who had helped us previously since we've had issues accessing our account (he's helped us numerous times) before so we know they can easily help us again. They CHOSE not to knowing my little 5 year old would be disappointed. Great children's place eh? I ask, is there no number? Nope, apparently not. He tells me there's lots of workers so they'll reply fast. It's been an hour. Fast eh? They have no access to accounts on their system which is outdated and pretty ridiculous so if you lose your account on the app, you're pretty much at a loss. Absolutely ridiculous. These workers need better customer service training, especially the women there, cold and no sense in how to speak to customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE REACH OUT AND RE-TRAIN THESE WORKERS. I can give you their names or write it here at the ROCKWOOD MALL LOCATION. Manjeet is the lady manager who was useless and didn't even give us a contact to reach out to. And Dylan was the second manager who gave us the email. Guess what an hour later after emailing and still waiting, we found a customer service number online and got help with accessing our...
