I had the incredible opportunity to attend the soft opening of KarachiXpress, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that set the perfect tone for the evening.

But let's talk about the star of the show – the biryani. Oh my goodness, it was hands down the best biryani I have ever tasted! The rice was perfectly cooked, each grain separate and infused with a delightful blend of spices. The meat was tender and succulent, practically melting in my mouth. The flavors were rich and aromatic, with just the right amount of heat to keep things interesting.

What truly sets their biryani apart is the attention to detail. Every bite was a harmonious symphony of flavors, with the perfect balance of spices and herbs. The portion size was generous, and it was served with a side of refreshing raita that complemented the dish beautifully.

The rest of the menu was equally impressive, with a wide variety of dishes that cater to all tastes. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable service.

If you're a South Asian food lover like me, you absolutely must visit KarachiXpress. It's a culinary gem that deserves all the praise it gets. I can't wait to return and indulge in their delicious offerings again!

My 'goto' spot for...

my experience at Karachi Express was extremely disappointing. I ordered biryani and found a hair in my food — something that is absolutely unacceptable. When I brought it to the worker’s attention, all they did was casually say "sorry" without taking the situation seriously. I then spoke to the manager, expecting a more professional response, but he had a minimal reaction as well — no real apology, no offer to refund my money, and no effort to make things right. They simply brushed it off as if it wasn’t a big deal. Proper customer service would involve showing genuine concern, offering a sincere apology, and refunding the meal. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and disappointed. It also makes me seriously question the restaurant’s standards for hygiene and customer care. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend Karachi Ex0re to anyone who expects basic cleanliness and...

Review: We love the food at Karachi Xpress Etobicoke, especially their biryani, and we were excited when they opened a new takeout spot near us in Churchill Meadows.
