Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

I’m a regular customer here but this was enough for me to stop coming here. The worst customer service ever. Last night my brother went in to grab pizza and bread sticks and they ended up giving him pepperoni pizza instead of cheese. We found out when we got home so I gave them a call and they were blaming it on him?? Their customer service is absolutely disappointing. I asked if I could come in and just grab a cheese pizza since we can’t eat pepperoni but they said we would have to pay for it again. In the end, I wouldn’t have minded paying again if they just admitted to their mistake. But they kept blaming it on a 14-year-old customer because apparently, he should’ve known whether the pizza was pepperoni or not. I asked if I could get a name so I can speak to the manager about this and they wouldn’t tell me and were being extremely rude and obnoxious about it. We went back to the store for them to dispose of the pizza and one of the workers stepped up and was completely angry and disrespectful even though I first started talking in a polite manner. Dissappointed by the extremely old, dry and thin pizza I received. I go to this location frequently since it's close and convenient. However, I notice the quality is not consistent.

I've gotten these incredibly thin pizzas a few times in the past and it's always a gamble. Sometimes the cashier will open the box to 'show' you the pizza but not always.

I didn't check the pizza this time, since the last couple times were normal. Biggest. Regret. Ever. EVER. Not only is it thin but I can't taste any pizza sauce and it's old. Like really OLD. Like tough-to-chew, jerky old. It was probably sitting in the warmer for hours cause no way would a fresh pizza be tough as leather.

This pizza was bought on March 18th 2019, around 8pm. Whoever made this pizza, I hope you stop skimping out on the ingredients. Please. 🙏🏼

Literally thinner than...

Will be returning to speak to the manager. This was never an issue in the past but it seems this location has fallen off.

It was not busy at all, only one person ahead of us in line. The pizza’s took longer than 10 minutes when the employee said it would be 7-10 minutes. That’s fine. What set us off is that the store advertised 2 for 5 for the bottled drinks, the employee charged 2.99 separately for the drinks as you can see on the receipt. When we finally got the pizza, you can see in the image it is HARDLY sauced. It’s totally lopsided, over exposed edges, the edges don’t look fully cooked through, it’s not even cut evenly. The crust isn’t pushed properly, they skimped out on cheese. Sloppy work, unprofessional behaviour, not following procedures, charging customers more than they should be.
