Title: A Shawarma Lover's Paradise: Shawerma Plus Restaurant Review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 stars)
If you're a shawarma lover like me and enjoy amazing falafel, look no further than Shawerma Plus Restaurant! My recent dining experience here left me utterly satisfied, and I can't wait to share my thoughts about this fantastic eatery.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the restaurant team. Their genuine kindness and helpfulness made us feel right at home. They were more than willing to answer any questions we had about the menu and offered great suggestions on what to try. Their passion for their food and dedication to customer service truly impressed us.
Speaking of the food, the shawarma and falafel at Shawerma Plus are beyond compare. The flavors burst with authenticity, and the attention to detail in every bite was evident. The shawarma was perfectly seasoned and tender, wrapped in soft and fresh pita bread. The falafel, crispy on the outside and delightfully moist on the inside, was a true delight. Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, you'll find something to savor on their menu.
Moreover, the service was fast and efficient without compromising the high quality of the dishes. Despite a busy evening, our orders arrived promptly, and the staff ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. This level of attentiveness made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
I visited Shawerma Plus with my family and some guests, and I'm thrilled to say that everyone left with smiles on their faces and full stomachs. They were equally impressed with the taste and quality of the food, which was evident from the clean plates and satisfied expressions.
To complement this review, I've attached some photos taken after we devoured everything on our plates. The dishes were as visually appealing as they were scrumptious, and I believe the images capture the essence of our delightful experience.
In conclusion, if you're a shawarma and falafel enthusiast seeking an exceptional dining experience, Shawerma Plus Restaurant is the place to go. The combination of delicious food, friendly staff, and top-notch service make this restaurant a standout gem in the city. I can't wait to return and indulge in their mouthwatering...
Read moreMany times where I order of shawarma plus, and I would put no pickles on my sandwich and they failed to do so, and today I went and ordered a chicken shawarma and said no pickles, once I got home and noticed there was pickles, I drove back all the way there and had to show them it had pickles when I asked no pickles. there were 3 workers one cashier and 2 shawarma makers, I went over to the Arab shawarma maker and told him what happened and he was very aggressive and rude about it claiming he gave me the correct order, even though he didn't, his co worker told him to it's fine calm down just make him a new one, and told me we're sorry about that. Then a minute later while he was making the new shawarma, the Co worker came to me and said "I can keep the pickled shawarma", then the Arab shawarma maker heard that, he grabbed the old one and threwed it away out of pittyness, when his co worker asked he lied and said he put it in the back, when he asked him "where in the back" he admitted"I threwed it out" because he got caught in the lie. Just a side note, I was nice to him, I was as respectful and polite saying please and thank you, he would keep giving blank responses and giving a rude stare for each reply. I love the shawarma from here but behavior like this I'm sorry to say I'm never...
Read moreDelicious shawarma! Courteous, fast service from a FANTASTIC service staff - Ali, Alaa, Osama... everyone there is absolutely wonderful. As such, should anyone decide to leave a well-deserved tip, then please do so in CASH ONLY; otherwise, these guys won't see a dime!
CAUTION: Please DO NOT use the automated tipping option at the credit machine. All tip amounts made via the credit machine go 100% into the pockets of an obviously greedy business owner. His staff are unfortunately getting cheated out!
This kind of sneaky practice, where both the customer and the service staff are getting played, is rather unethical, let alone illegal as it constitutes false advertising. This really ought to be reported to the Ontario Competion and Better Business Bureau (BBB).
Update: No misunderstandings! This is rather straightforward. In the food service industry, tips are paid by the customer to the service staff as a monetary token of appreciation. Hence, your hollow corporate talk of training and uniforms is but a red herring that is superfluous to the point. Tips made at the credit machine MUST go entirely to the service staff irrespective of your percentages and amounts. Right now, this is NOT happening. Your takeaway feedback: Start doing right by your blue-collar as the consumer is...
