McDonald's — Restaurant in Mississauga

It was around 12:45 AM when I decided to use their 24 Hrs Drive-Thru Service. There seemed to be only one customer waiting to order at either lane, so I chose to use the one on my left......and it turned out to be the wrong choice.

The driver on the right made their order first, and I would have tried to changed into that lane, but then another customer drove in & chose that lane too, so I had no choice but to stay in my lane to keep my spot in line to order. One would assume that the employees would be diligent in watching their cameras if they value efficient and genuine customer service......however that is not the case.

I even told the employee what had happened over their intercom, but they did not seem to care, so I did not order. Unfortunately I had to wait in line just to get out, so as it was my turn, I again asked the employee how their system works. They seemed reluctant to explain but they said that they had cameras and that because it was only just the two of them, they admitted that they did not properly checked their cameras because they were too busy. I explained that it doesn't matter because they should know and value the importance of proper customer service. And in the end, they didn't seem apologetic or understanding.

Fortunately the weather wasn't so bad despite it still being cold, but imagine if it was very cold with even worse weather! I would advise their management team to really have better trained team members on duty, or least have more than 2 team members on duty during night shifts. Otherwise, there would be more unlucky customers like me who had to endure my experience for...

Okay, so I finally tried the McVeggie Burger and honestly… WOW 😍🔥 what a surprise!! This one really hit the spot and gave me that nostalgic Indian McVeggie vibe 🇮🇳💚

👉 Taste: The burger is simply amazing 🤩 – the veggie patty is delicious, well-seasoned and has that proper Indian taste 🌶️🥦🥔. It even has that Indian food smell that makes you feel like you’re back home 🏡💛

👉 Sauce: The sauce inside is just perfect 👌😋 – creamy, tangy and blends so well with the patty. No dryness at all, every bite is juicy and full of flavor 🥪✨

👉 Bun: The bun is super soft 🥯💕 – like melt-in-your-mouth soft! It balances the crunch of the patty beautifully.

👉 For Vegetarians: Honestly, for vegetarians this is nothing less than heaven 🌈🌿🙌. Finally something that is not just a “substitute” but a proper burger experience ❤️

👉 Overall: Smell ✅ Taste ✅ Sauce ✅ Bun ✅ Patty ✅ It’s a solid 8/10 for me 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who misses the classic Indian McVeggie 😍👌

Went through the drive through to get a couple sandwiches and a coffee, asked for a large double double with milk, with a shot of espresso. As it was going on the screen i noticed it did not indicate that my coffee was with milk. So I told the person and they corrected in on the screen. When I got home I found out that I had a massive amount of cream and no sugar in my coffee. I checked the lid and is had, DDM with E indicated on it. I also had to wait in the dedicated wait spots for two simple sandwiches, which was also a first. I returned for a second time to the drive through and the line up of cars was approaching 10. I requested a new coffee done the way i expected. Recieved the coffee and it said FREE on it, that's it. The person who gave it to me did not say a word to me about it as if they had no idea what was going on. Now I have no idea if they made this coffee correct. I took me 40 minute s to get this coffee and I live 2 blocks away. The second coffee was much better but also lacked the usual standard 2 sugars that that specific McDonald's puts in on a regular basis. Seems to me that they were short staffed and had no...
