Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Mississauga

Osmows has good food, but this location is not good. The location is small and crowded most of the times. Its just a small hallway with tables. Theres always a ton of employees but they are doing their own thing dancing or singing and dont pay attention to what you order. The worst part however is what they do to get your business, after telling the staff a couple times that I need something fast since I am on my lunch break, they suggested the chicken shawarma as it would be ready within 5ish minutes. 40 minutes passed by and they kept ensuring me every 5 minutes that its almost ready but at the end said sorry we had to make a big order. Even then they didnt make the fries and they rushed it since they saw I was getting mad, the fries were raw and everyone else in line was also pretty pissed. If the employees spent less time dancing and using their phones to change songs with the same gloves they are cooking with, maybe making orders would take less time. Often the music is so loud that employees even fail to hear my 3 letter name and when they call it out I dont even realize who they are calling. The quality of the meat however is good but it would be greatly appreciated if this location trains employees since people living nearby have to travel to other locations (i often go to the milton one) just to avoid this location. Also, there is a lack of parking in the back so anyone planning to go on a busy time might have trouble finding a...

I would like to give zero stars for this location. Two women were working this evening. I came in and ordered a large chicken on the rocks to go with my young son. I simply asked to make it saucy as I was completing my payment. I was told sauce is an extra charge. Not only does the debit machine ask for a tip now, which I find ridiculous- I feel uncomfortable and obligated to tip so I did- I said no to the extra sauce charge as I did not want an entire extra sauce on the side. I only wanted to make sure they were heavy on the sauce as sometimes this location has been dry in the past. When I got home an opened my container I was so upset to see that there was hardly any sauce on my food at all- like it was crazy. I swear it was done on purpose as I declined the extra sauce charge. I didn’t even want to eat it. The worst part is the fact my tip fully paid for the extra sauce. What a joke. I will never return here. I will continue to go to Lazeez as I never have a sauce issue there, they fully load it on without asking without fail every time and their quality is better hands down every time. Lady that works during days can be very rude. This Osmows isn't the same anymore.

If I seem mad; it's because I was a regular customer and they treated me poorly for no reason. I usually order the same thing. I've always been nice, what I order is an option on their menu. The lady was nice but the more i went i saw her excitement to see me less and less. And then one day the lady told me Osmows doesn't do it anymore. I go to alot of different Osmows ordering the same thing, they said they never heard about this new rule and they still make the same thing for me, no problem. This location makes up random rules when it's convenient for them. Very bad to treat regulars this way.
