Osmows is a company that epitomizes poor service and blatant disrespect, not just through the incompetence of their food preparation but also in how their staff treats customers. From the moment you step in, it’s clear that respect and basic customer service are completely foreign concepts to them. Staff members consistently display a shocking lack of manners, treating customers as though they are an inconvenience rather than paying patrons.
One of the most appalling experiences I had was being greeted with the phrase “What do you want?” said with a grim, dismissive expression. This isn’t an isolated incident—it seems to be the standard approach to customer interaction at Osmows. The staff lack the most basic level of courtesy, offering no greeting or smile, and instead exude a palpable air of annoyance, as if you’re bothering them simply by placing an order.
This attitude extends to all customers, not just a select few. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, you’re treated with the same disdain and lack of respect. The staff’s behavior is not only unprofessional but downright rude, making it clear that Osmows doesn’t value its customers in the slightest. It’s not just bad service—it’s an entire culture of disrespect, one where customers are treated like an afterthought rather than the reason the business exists. If you want to feel devalued, disrespected, and unwelcome, Osmows is the place to go. If you want to be treated with basic decency, do yourself a favor and stay...
Read moreI had the absolute pleasure of being served by Michael at Osmow’s, and I genuinely can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was. From the moment I walked in, Michael greeted me with such kindness, generosity, and sincere respect. His warm and professional attitude immediately made me feel welcome.
I ordered the falafel, and let me tell you — I’ve eaten falafel at many places before, but the way Michael prepared it was on a completely different level. The flavor, the texture, the freshness — everything about it was absolutely perfect. It was bursting with taste in a way I’ve never experienced, and it honestly made me feel happy. You can tell it was made with care and attention.
Michael went above and beyond, not just in how he prepared the food, but in how he treated me as a guest. His generosity and thoughtfulness turned what could’ve been just a quick meal into a memorable experience. Osmow’s is incredibly lucky to have someone like him on their team.
Thank you, Michael, for your kindness and for making that meal unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back — not just for the amazing food, but because of the way you made me feel...
Read moreI ordered a Shawarma meal at square one location. Bill # 22067, Order # 22396 at 02:45 PM. The fries were ice cold. I left my meal on the table, went back to the cashier and told her that they were cold. She took the same cold fries and put them back in the fryer. I asked her if she could just replace them. That’s a clear food safety violation. She insisted that same fries needed to be heated. What if I had tempered with the food, the whole batch would be ruined. She made me to wait for 10 minutes and my meal was cold by that time. The way, this cashier behaved with me was unacceptable. She was rude and disrespectful. The simple solution would be, just replace them with fresh fries. The manager tried to give me garlic dressing which I asked the cashier in my original order to give me on side, she refused. At this point I did not take that. This shows that you company has no quality policy in such a situation. I can understand that you guys are busy. However customer service is important in any service industry. I could not eat my meal, had to toss it out because Shawarma became cold. Should I bring this up on social media? What’s your...
