I would give my experience 0 stars across the board as it was really terrible. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We made a mobile order over an hour in advance and were told it would be available for pickup at 3pm. However, when we arrived, the staff told us no food was ready and we would have to wait an additional half an hour for our food because there is a line here. Why do you have a mobile order option if your staff is incapable of accommodating these? If we ordered an hour before, there was plenty of time to make our order, especially if you have 4 staff working there.
After we insisted that we should receive our food earlier than this given that we made our order over an hour ago, the staff simply looked annoyed and said they'd give it in 15 minutes. After waiting, we asked for an update on our food and were rudely told to move aside since there were other customers in line. Then, another staff member said we should just cancel if we can't wait, to which we responded by asking for a cancellation and refund. When we went to the other staff member for this though, he refused to give us a refund and forced us to wait another 15 minutes.
After waiting again, we finally received our food while each of the staff members glared at us as though this was our fault and we hadn't ordered and paid for our food over an hour and a half ago. Since we suspected the staff given their rude behaviour, we checked each of the bags with our items to verify they were there. Two of the bags were fine, but the third one was closed very tightly so we couldn't check its contents. When we turned, we could see the staff members laughing at us and making comments. Once again, highly unprofessional and just plain rude.
Eventually, we left as we assumed the last bag was also fine. However, while walking away, I noticed that there were not as many boxes as we ordered in the third bag so we ripped it open and checked. This is when we noticed that we were in fact missing two whole items from our order. We went back to the counter to get these items and had to deal with the staff's attitude again. They also didn't seem very surprised to hear that our items were missing and made and gave us our missing items (after a few more snarky comments). The funny part? We never told them exactly which items were missing nor did they check our bags to confirm this, meaning that they already knew what was missing because they did it on purpose. Hence why they closed that one bag so tightly (to prevent us from noticing the missing food) and were laughing at us while we checked our bags.
TLDR: Staff is terrible here and you should just avoid the place entirely as the food itself is not worth it. Never make a mobile order as it will not be available when you arrive and it will actually take you longer to get your order compared to if you had just been a walk-in customer who...

I had my lunch around 1:40 pm today and promised to review before going to bed …. Cause this place is just a shame. I should have reviewed before stepping a pinky toe near their counter.
I really wanted to like this place as I work across the street from the mall and I really like Mediterranean cuisine.
But……….
I literally had to discard my food $14.36 down the drain.

The tabbouleh salad was just inedible ….. way too much lemon juice. It as if they mixed lemon with vinegar and poured on the salad.
Then ….
The salad dressing that went on the lettuce and tomato salad …. Oh dear
Then ….
Falafel that I had to wait until they deep fried - was a miss. I was looking so forward to it … as it was made fresh. Not very tasty

The extremely hard pita bread that I paid an additional $1.00 for which the young lady forgot to give me and I had to go back and get ( she did put it down on the grill or press cause it was warmed when she handed it to me )
I kid you not by time I sat down to my seat in the food court … it was tough has a rock.
The only thing I must say tasted okay was the chickpea salad and the tiny dollop of hummus. Which was unfortunate cause it ended up being mixed up with everything as I was really trying to save the lunch - but it just got wasted.
Again we’re all allowed off days … but I really think the there must off been an argument in the back or something… the food was reflected of that.
I also see that the owners continue to apologize. Please do some restructuring instead of the lame...

Your customer service is pathetic , the staffs doesn’t even listen to customers properly or looks in the eye when we're talking or if a certain question is raised, they don’t want to answer it.
Ordered a shish taouk skewer- was very disappointed. They added too much spice which made it extremely spicy . As for the service, the older man with a beard and the female cashier looked like they didn't wanna be there. Inspite of telling them that I just want the skewer no salad, no rice ,no veggies they mess up the order and when they have to redo the order they look at you with such disdain as if they are giving away the food for free.The female cashier is least interested to take your order and always messes up in billing the order .So be careful and if you find anything fishy.. double check as the cashier is confidently confused.
For the food quality is equally disappointing as the chicken was undercooked and you feel reprimanded for ordering something very specific and something that is not that costly. I now know why the place is so deserted in comparison to all the other outlets besides it.If you are in your sane mind avoid this place at all cost as it is not worth your time or money because they will make you feel miserable as an overall experience at the end of it.
Everything about this.. the food, the place and the staff are a disappointment and I also know I’ll be getting a generic automated reply after this saying we are disappointed with your experience blah blah … but nevertheless your loss you are loosing the customer at the...
