Pizzano Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Mississauga

We have been a loyal customer for many years but not anymore. Their quality has dropped so much and their food continues to disappoint everytime. We keep giving them a chance but they keep disappointing us everytime. The last time we got a pizza from them, the chicken was stinky and old. We returned it to the shop and they agreed that it was in fact stale meat. This time we got a pizza and the chicken was still raw. We ordered well ahead of time and were going to have it for Iftar (to break our fast) but upon the first few bites, we had to spit out the chicken because it was too hard to chew. When we called to complain, they asked us to bring back the pizza in a rain storm because they didn't believe us and said they had been using the same chicken since the morning and got no complains. When we arrived, they agreed that the chicken was very hard and likely not cooked properly, so they made us a new one. But the new pizza had the same issue and I pressed down on the chicken with my finger to show them how hard it is and they asked me to chew it and then tell them. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe having that pizza but tried it upon their insistence. I had to remove the chiken piece from my mouth because of how hard it was that I could not chew it. They said they can't do anything anymore since they already made us a new pizza using the new chiken and will talk to their supplier. They said all we can do is give you free dip and 2 cans of pop. Very poor cutsomer service and quality. We will not...

Attention : I called because I didn't understand how a place that has ham as a topping would be halal ,she stated its chicken and I also asked about their suppliers as I saw some commenters were confused about Sargent supplying all their meats and the lady stated their supplier is mosamo ...

We order this pizza at work and my non Muslim /European coworker mentioned how its the best pizza ever and after trying it I was genuinely surprised as most halal places do not know how to make pizza .The chicken supreme has a ranch base and taste amazing ,we take off the jalapenos and add pineapple .Their portions are huge and very filling ,and I believe the cheese and dough are what make the pizzas standout even more . The tandoori's masala coating is a bit chemical in taste but still an awesome pizza esp since they use clean white breast meat .

Cons: I wouldn't get their wings or pasta. Not the best . I also find that sometimes the dough taste expired for the pizza, as in fermented and it's gross ,and lingers in your mouth .Hence the 4 star instead of 5 because then you get all excited and end up feeling nauseated instead.

I will continue to give them my business however because the portions are perfect and never fail to fill us and the pizza is one of the best I've had when the dough isn't old . Eating it piping hot is when this pizza shines and their prices are reasonable and even cheap for the Xl which we all end up getting together and then wishing we all wore elastic waist...

Today I had order the veg Pizza over the phone and I am the regular customer of this store since last 4 years.

I had called the store at 4.30 pm and told specifically that I will be there at 5.20 pm , please keep the pizza ready the lady over the phone has told me it will be $16 for it .

I said ok but make sure it will be ready by 5.20 maximum as I was travelling she told me yes it will be ready and she also told me that she will start making it by 5.00 pm so don’t worry it will be ready by the time I am at the store

I reached the store at 5.15 pm and asked her about my order she told me that most people order on the phone and never turn up to collect the order so she had not prepared it yet.

I told her than why she has told me it will be ready by 5.20 pm when I had called her . She has no answer and she only smiles at me I felt so embarrassed with the way she told me that they do take order on phone but only make when customer turn up to the store.I told her that I am coming to this store regularly since last 4 years.

But this was my last visit to this store hence forth me or any of my family members will never visit this store again.

The most important thing the lady at the store told me that if I want another pizza for free I said no but she insisted me to take when I have taken it she told me it’s only $6.75 , it was a small cheese pizza I paid her with my card but the pizza was like that it was prepared in the morning it was so hard to eat...
