Overall the cakes aren’t that bad, but I do feel if there was better competition for cakes that are vegetarian these guys would suffer, or be forced to step up their lacklustre game.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way the way they treat customers time, I really needed to pick up a cake at a certain time, and I called ahead to see if I could get it earlier because their booking system didn’t allow it, and they said they can help me out.

So got there and saw folks were walking away with pre ordered cakes near opening, so I was hopeful, but this was a false hope. I went in 30 mins earlier and they said I would have to wait because the decor team said so. I’m not sure how others were selected ahead, but given I had called to place a bit of importance, they didn’t seem to care at all, I don’t know how they choose who gets their products first. And to top it off not only didn’t they deliver on the time I scheduled, they were even late and made me wait even 20 mins post the time of pick up (I spent over a hour waiting for the cake) which is ridiculous. Other folks were coming in and picking up their cakes for the same time, it felt like they were deliberately delaying mine, but that’s speculation based on what I observed.

I had to be extremely late for an event given I drove from the east end for this cake, and to be honest if you don’t live in the area I wouldn’t say it’s worth it.

I don’t really think they care about these reviews as a business, but I would suggest they be a lot more flexible to customer demands in the future given the business they are in. So take the above with caution, they really don’t respect peoples time, and for me that’s a big thing, leaves a bit of a bitter feeling for...

This place was a massive disappointment!!  Do not order anything except for simple cakes!!

I paid $110 for a custom made cake for my daughter birthday. She wanted a Harry Potter themed cake.

I placed my order a week out, emailed a picture of the design we wanted. The girl who took my order told me about all the things she couldn't do and recommend a cake serving for 12 people.

I arrived 40 minutes earlier than my pick up time. I still had to wait right upto to the exact delivery order time.

I was horrified by what they showed me. It looked like a cake with black forest instead of a castle. The cake was a lot smaller than the cake in the picture. I explained my frustration and they said that would fix it in 10 minutes or so.

Well they never fixed anything but to smooth it out the trees and call it a "castle".

Now I was very angry with the whole situation. I told them that they called themselves professionals and they provided me with total amateur results. If they couldn't do the order, they should have called back and cancelled my order..the cake was squeezed and didn't offer to add another layer to match my original design. They had taller cakes available..

Both of the girls gave me blank looks and said sorry..I told them that I didn't even feel like taking cake home as it is a total embarrassment.

Stop taking orders if you can't deliver what your customers want or provide any satisfaction.

My sister ordered a birthday cake for me as a surprise. She is a student and saved up money to get me a cake. They ordered via their instagram and also confirmed by calling them. They charged 43 for this cake which is nothing like the one she wanted. She had sent them photos on instagram and asked over phone if they want her to email them as well. They said no. When she went to pick the cake and saw how it was. She told them that this is not what she ordered. They were unapologetically rude and said give us 15 mins we ll change the flowers. They went in made three flowers as you can see. No refund or any other accommodation. Atleast could have refunded her half of the money. Made three yellow flowers and said i am making less flowers because these are big. As you can see the cake looks empty of decoration. In that price, you can get a really nice cake. Then the taste was terrible. Too sweet and definitely not butterscotch that she ordered. It was more vanilla. That is still not an issue. The main problem was the sponge was extremely dry and flaky. The buttercream was nice but when you taste the inside of the cake it was as if its made of some weird flour. Do not recommend. I am more disappointed with the rude behavior of the staff that was there. She was not even accepting the mistake and was fighting with my sister that its your mistake. You should tell us over phone which my sister did by the way and also told them that she has sent photos...
