I just had a really terrible experience at this location. I’ve visited before and had 0 problems, however this time I watched as the girls were making my food, touch my food with bare hands, touch their phones, scratch their hair, touch their hats, touch their face and touch my food. When the girl handed me the wraps, I asked if it was okay to get them remade with gloves on and I was even apologizing over and over again even though it was THEIR fault. I just didn’t want to come off as a Karen. The girls proceeded to talk bad about me under their breaths and give me looks as they remake the wraps. Whatever, I didn’t care, I get the new food, I apologize again and say thank you. As I was walking out one of the girls says something behind my back loudly (not sure what) and the other two are laughing. I turn around and ask if they’re talking bad about me and they all go quiet. Like seriously??? Grow up. Even though they are being disgusting with their handling of the food I am still polite and that’s the service I get back. I’ve never had this happen to me before, and I will never...

It would have been worth it if the quality of the food was close to the original Boustan experience, but it was pretty bland and definitely below the expectations you build up with the huge range of really good Middle Eastern food in Mississauga.
Not worth a visit when there are such great family-owned restaurants to...
Read moreMy feedback to the restaurant is to stop compromising quality regardless of what promotions are being offered by delivery apps. If you choose to promote items then you may not just compromise on quantity or at least quality as well. Otherwise you do so at the expense of your own perception by reviewers like me that like to spend reasonably for food without being cheap but don’t want to compromise quality. Just because it’s a late night order on a delivery app does not mean that our food should be so bad that it doesn’t even taste like what everyone produces at almost every plaza (a standard chicken shawarma). And it was well below standard. My buddy ordered it for us last night and it was terrible. Pls make the...
