I bought a footlong veggie delight as I had an discount coupons subway recently mailed me with this coupon I should be getting 6 inch free when I buy a drink to get o 6 inch free. I asked to get a meal deal, cashier told I canāt do that I have to buy separate drink and cookie...(many many times I have redeemed this kind of coupons without any issue so there must be wrong information given) I let it go an accepted, then that girl told they donāt have fountain drink so I donāt have any choice without choosing bottled drink which was costly. I accepted as no choice. So now I was paying almost 60-70 cent less than for the items if there is no coupons. I paid that as no choice...things get worst when I went to the fridge 75% of the fridge was empty and it didnāt have regular Pepsi...so I went back to cashier and with lot of arrogant she told thatās what we have. I had no choice but have to ask her to refund for the drink then, she told me that she have charge me for full footlong price and coupon will not applied anymore....who in my place will not get pissed off. What more get me off is the employees attitude. Even though that she knows that I have already compromised so much on my purchase, not accepting coupon at that point was insane.

I agreed to come back later on. After my hockey game on the foregoing date, I once again attended this Subway location and while there was now bread, they had no chicken teriyaki and no tomato. There was also no flatbread for a wrap. A week earlier, I came in around 6:30 p.m. and this same Subway location was out of chicken teriyaki. Indeed, this is not a one-off situation of disorganization and advertising products that are not in stock. A total waste of time and energy dealing with location. I will definitely be going to a different Mississauga Subway location for my future purchases. I called this Subway location a voluminous amount of times on Monday, October 7, 2024, through to Wednesday, October 9, 2024 to speak with the Franchisee. My assiduous attempts to reach out to the owner were met by nothing but radio silence. A loyal customer that has been coming to this restaurant since July 2016 is completely ignored and treated with such disrespect after multiple instances of failed...

The girl working there said I would have to wait until 5pm as they just received the order. This made me irritated at first as I waited in line and itās Subway, you can just get the slip and make the order on the spot. It doesnāt take much thinking lol. The gentleman took over and said itās okay, weāll get it done. Respect to him. I wish I got his name so I could mention it here. Maybe she was new and was flustered since it was busy so I donāt hold it against her. I thought his actions deserved recognition since he took initiative to tell her itās okay in front of me and handle the situation. Hopefully this compliment reaches him. If not I will come back again to this location to let him know. He loaded my toppings as I asked and she prepared the initial toast and meat. I will be back at this location 100%, was my first time here. A plus for his service. Iām going to find out who he is and update...
