I went to this location on July 13th at around 6:30 PM. I ordered the 6 piece - boneless wings.
While eating them I was noticing they were extremely chewy, and rubbery. So then I opened up one of the wings, and it was raw and pink from the inside which explains why the other two wings I ate were very chewy.
I was appalled, and went to the front counter immediately and told the cashier and showed him the the raw wing and the other two remaining wings which I had not eaten, expecting and apology and refund— instead, cashier Naji literally laughed in my face and said “well you already ate them” and dismissed me (I had only ate two of them, THEN realized they were raw). I told him that I didn’t realize it when I had the first one, and told him to look at how raw my piece was, to then which he just pointed to someone in the back and told me to talk to her then just left.
I am assuming it was the supervisor then that came out and said she will replace just two of the wings. I was just done at this point and was not gaining any ground explaining to them because clearly they did not understand.
I wait for my two wings and to my surprise the REPLACEMENT WING has an uncooked piece in the middle. It was no where near as bad as the original raw wings but it had a raw piece (that replacement wing is the attached photo). Unfortunately I was not able to get a picture of the original raw wings as I thought they would’ve refunded me without issue.
Now after all of this, the worst is STILL yet to come. I go home after being disappointed, and get extremely sick, vomiting continuously for hours and having a fever with extreme stomach pains. This lasted the entire week and I was unable to eat anything without throwing it up.
This is completely unacceptable and I expect Popeyes to do...

On November 23, 2015 I attended this location with friends for lunch. I don't eat meat, however my friends do! I never expected Popeyes to alter their menu to fit my needs.

Cashier: may I take your order? Friend #1: can I get a combo #5 Cashier: with what side? Friend#1: Mashed potatoes and gravy Me: three sides 1.onion rings 2. Beans and rice 3. Fries
When the order arrived I noticed my fries are under my friends chicken. I explained to the lady this is not my order. She rudely told me it was !!!
At this point I explained that I am a vegetarian and I didn't want my friend's chicken on my fires. The employee wouldn't give me new fries. Even know I didnt place my order that way!
I confirmed with the lady by asking "I am a vegetarian, and you expect me to eat these fries that had my friend chicken on them"?
Her response was "yes"!!
Excuses me ??? You are telling me that this location is that cheap, you cant give new fries???
The Cashier jumped in the conversation with a rude tone and said ... " the gravy for the mash potatoes has meat in it!" AGAIN! !!!!
*at this point I snap!
I tell the cashier to mind her own business, and that gravy and mash is for the chicken that's on top of my fires. I ask to speak to a manager I was told "No he's busy!"
At this point I explained to two employees this is not hard! Put this chicken in a new basket and get a basket of new fries ... they did ... here is the gross part. The Popeyes employees put my chicken fires back in for recycling for a new customer! !! Awesome!!

However, my most recent encounter has left me with a negative impression, prompting me to reconsider my loyalty to your location. Firstly, the food quality was subpar. The fries were hard and burnt, and the biscuits were notably undercooked, resulting in an unpleasant taste of raw dough. As someone who has always appreciated the consistency in the taste and texture of your dishes, this was a disappointing departure from the usual standard. Moreover, our experience with the cashier further added to our dissatisfaction. Upon realizing that our order was overlooked, we approached the cashier politely to inquire about the delay. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the situation professionally, she began screaming and making a scene. Our only intention was to understand the delay and possibly receive an estimate of how much longer we would have to wait. The cashier's response turned a simple inquiry into a personal attack, and her ranting behavior was both unprofessional and unsettling. As a long-time customer, I was shocked by the rude behavior exhibited by the staff. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and the treatment we received was far from the standard I have come to expect from your establishment.
This experience has left me with a strong sense of disappointment, and I am inclined to reconsider my choice of dining at your location in the future.
