Pizzaville — Restaurant in Mississauga

Over the weekend we put in an order for our son's birthday party and we had our order delivered along with an additional empty box filled with garbage and eaten pizza (See pictures below). Our party sized pizza was tossed around so badly it would have had to have been transported vertically or dropped upside down for it to have lost its shape. Not to mention the seal was broken/tampered with. After getting an empty box of garbage delivered you can imagine our skepticism to feed that to our children.

We tried to chase down the delivery driver but they sped off. We had a replacement pizza delivered with the promise that the garbage would be picked up but not only was the second pizza delivered without a seal. It was delivered by the same delivery driver who once again sped off without picking up the garbage that was promised to be picked up by them. When head office called the store and asked the store to pick up the garbage they refused to saying that they never delivered it in the first place.

Sadly this whole ordeal took hours away from our son's birthday party and we ended up having to feed them the second unsealed pizza because all the kids were starving by then. This was either a horrible mistake or a very bad prank, either way no one took responsibility for this horrible situation and rather, left us to deal with hungry children and garbage that didn't belong to us.

We demanded a refund, which we were given.

Truly horrible experience. We will no longer be ordering...

This location has been getting worse. I've always ordered from here because I live close to it and I like Pizzaville's pizza. Last night (saturday, september 17) I placed an order online. Confirmation email said pizza would be ready at 7:47pm. I arrived at 7:55. The hadn't even started making my pizzas. There were 3 other people also waiting for their orders. There were only two ladies working on a Saturday night. They were arguing with each other in front of customers. I asked how long it would take for my order to be ready. They said there were many orders before mine so I need to wait. I told them to cancel my order. They told me I had to call in to cancel it. I was supposed to pay at the store so I told them not to make my pizzas so they wouldn't get further behind. They were clueless. I got Panda Express instead. In and out in 10 minutes without even pre ordering. Very disappointed in Pizzaville. They have a useless reward plan as well but unlike everyone else's rewards, Pizzaville's expire in 6 months. Looking for a different local...

Oder food at 9:31pm and it's now 11:30 pm and still no food. I did receive someone eles order at 10:22pm. The driver gave me one box, I asked "is this the wings and garlic bread?" He replied "yes" so I closes the doors and open up our food. It was two panzerottis. I called the store. I was informed that the drive did mess up the oders, and will replace the food. As I was on the phone the the customer service the driver show up with my food with the seal open. Told me its OK, its not open. But clearly it was. The man on the phone told me not to take the food and for the driver to take it back and make a new one. We'll it's an hour later, no food and the stores are close. So disappointing with service. I called at 10:55pm. The costumers service told to call back in 5 mins if we still haven't received our food. We'll I did and guess what, the store is closed. So disappointing with the driver and the customer service. Update, called today when the restaurant was open. I was told there is nothing...
