Subway — Restaurant in Mississauga

The girl I had received the sub from yesterday (ps she’s the only reason why I didn’t rate a one star ) was amazing her customer service definitely deserved five stars

but when I got my sandwich the garlic sauce tasted tangy and smelled off so I tried calling yesterday to let them know but they must have been busy and did not answer. so I went back today on my lunch and expressed my concern to a different older lady today And I was met with a harsh tone and she mentioned to me well everybody else loves the garlic aïoli sauce I said yes I do as well that is not the issue the issue is I believe it was left out or it might’ve gone bad and you guys just didn’t notice it rather than saying she would address the issue she just kept bringing up what is that I was wrong so I took my sandwich (without my fave sauce) and I left.

I’m not here looking for a six dollar refund on a 6 inch sandwich I just wanted to expressed my concern and it was met with that kind of attitude I just wanted to let you guys know you might have gotten someone sick but you just blew me off ...

Food: tried the new beyond meat sub and the new veggie pizza sub. The beyond meat one was actually nice. The veggie pizza sub on the other hand was nothing special. Price: the footlong beyond meat was expensive. Approx $12. The veggie one is cheaper. Forgot the actual price. We used a coupon for a better deal Halal: no halal meat Place: lots of parking, clean but no seating space Washroom: didnot notice. Staff: very poor experience. The guy told us the coupon was not for the new offerings: pizza sub & beyond meat. The coupon said any sub. When facing the fact, he said his POS system may not accept the deal. We forced him to check and then he told us, we can use the coupon. Pretty rude fellow. Bottom line: good chain but seriously need to do some customer service training. Would probably kill if they had...

Terrible service.This store is Trash and their Management is very rude. The subway app selected this store when purchasing food. which makes no sense because I've never bought food at this location and it's an hour and half away from me. I called the store pre "food ready" and their tough s*+t attitude we are making the food anyway and someone better get it has lost the franchise my business. this isn't the first issue I've had with their app. Should have stopped eating here when the chicken came out as not really chicken lol.
