I've been a regular customer at this Subway location for my work lunches, but today's experience was absolutely appalling. The employee who served me at approximately 1:28 PM on January 9th was incredibly rude. She slammed my sandwich on the counter, rolled her eyes, and displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. I requested 6 inch of subway and it was clearly 4.7 inches. I could measure that with my eyes. I asked for another one and she argued about it. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a business that relies on repeat customers.
