Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississauga

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!! HUGE HOMELESS PROBLEM!!! Came here last sunday with my family and as soon as we got to the front door we saw junkies passed out around the building and standing by the door which was already a bad sign. While waiting in line my wife and daughter wanted to use the washroom and needed an employee to help with the coded washroom and as soon as it was opened there were a group of females and males in the women’s washroom SMOKING and INJECTING god knows what. After seeing that my daughter was traumatized and I told them to leave.

Service: The line was horrendous as there were two males standing at checkout looking like zombies and taking forever to pay and being aggressive and threatening employees and customers asking us for change. The actual service from the employee was pleasant as he was quick and concise with my order.

Food: the coffee was actually fresh as I could observe fresh pots being brewed and the donuts look good.

IF YOU PLAN ON VISITING THIS LOCATION LOOK ELSEWHERE AS MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE HOMELESS BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT!!

This Tim’s isn’t far from where I work and this morning before I went in I ordered a small original coffee with one sweetener and oat milk. I’m a non dairy drinker so I completely understand that SOMETIMES the oat milk can slightly separate in the hot coffees but it usually almost entirely if not completely goes away if you stir the coffee. Today I opened the sip tab on the lid and could see that the milk was in the particle bits and when I took the lid off I was absolutely mortified. This was the most insane thing I have ever seen there was a massive cluster that was moving and turning over in my coffee since it was basically on the brink of boiling in my cup and it was 100% chunks Floating in black coffee there was ZERO combination in the slightest. I absolutely would not drink anything that looks like this and fully believe they used expired milk or non dairy milk in my coffee. If I could upload the full video of this chunk appearing then disappearing I would but here’s a couple screen shots instead. I could even scoop the chunks out...

"I have been visiting the Tim Horton's location for the past few weeks, and unfortunately, my experience has not been great. My orders have consistently been incorrect, which is frustrating. Additionally, the line inside the store is always long, and to make matters worse, they only ever have one cashier working, even though they have two lines set up.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but when it happens every time, it becomes a problem. Waiting in line for an extended period only to receive the wrong order is frustrating and time-consuming.

I hope that the management team can address these issues soon, as it is affecting the overall customer experience. Perhaps implementing a better system to ensure order accuracy, as well as staffing more cashiers during peak hours, would help to alleviate the long wait times and improve customer satisfaction.

Despite these issues, I will continue to visit Tim Horton's, as I enjoy their products. However, I hope that improvements can be made to make my future experiences at this location...
