Wendy's — Restaurant in Mississauga

I'm so shocked that I've never came here as yet having frequented all the competitors in the area. It started at the cash when Christine greeted with hospitality and answered my Q's. I have not been to Wendy's for awhile and have been missing out as the menu looks refreshed and selection was varied. Ive never in my life seen management come up to the dine-in guests in a fast food restaurant to ask them how their food and service was. Winsome & another lady walked around the restaurant with pride greeting every guest and thanking them for their patronage! Christine then brings out a salad to a guest which had piping hot chicken on top of a bed of veggies while leaving a trail of steam. It Looked absolutely delicious. I spoke with Christine & Winsome to ask when they renovated as the restaurant itself looked brand new, spotlessly Clean, and was so inviting and cozy. I was shocked to learn that it had been renovated for over 2+ yrs. Every staff who works at this location appeared to have pride in their jobs & the restaurant. Mgt should be proud As this exemplifies what all great restaurants should be. I will definitely be coming back for the great food & five...

This is the location I usually come to and I always get very good service. I went through drive thru and the lady at the window was also not very pleasant. I pay and i’m waiting for my food and she hands it to me and then closes the window and I have yet to receive my drink she then looks back at me wondering why i’m still there and finally opens the window and I am finally able to ask for my drink and she was annoyed as if it was my fault I didn’t get my drink. I get home and open my burger and I have not one but two pieces of cheese on my burger. I am unable to eat dairy so I always make sure I say no cheese multiple times. I tried to scrape it off but with two pieces it was very difficult. I ended up calling and I suppose I spoke to the manager and she told me I could come back another day for a new order but I ended up going back right after since this was supposed to be my lunch. I come back and they get my order right but I was not compensated for my time or the gas I used to drive back and forth. This is very poor customer service and I should have at least got a refund for the time I wasted coming...

Drive through is atrociously bad and inaccurate.

I always order a combo without a bun, small chili (I take out the beans) and a coke zero. I cannot have sugar or a high number of carbs so I stick to this.

Unfortunately, whenever I order the burger without the bun, the restaurant refuses to put mayo and ketchup that the burger is supposed to come with on the burger without the bun. Even if you specifically ask for it, they refuse to do it. Today I ordered the same thing, asking for the sauces on the burger, but again nothing. No sauces at all.

Not only did this happen, but they gave me a regular coke instead of coke zero. Now I can't have any carbs at all for the rest of the day because of this. Not only was my meal for the day ruined, but my meals for the rest of the day as well.

All the drive through has to do is take a breath and listen to what the customer has to say instead of constantly rushing the customer.
