I love Wendy's food that's why I have tried several times to order here, but it is a shame that because of the rude service that is offered this is not a good option at Terminal 3. The first time I ordered it was only one combo, so I think they got the right order for being a single simple one, but seating was a big issue. So, I better ask for it to go next time, but I got the wrong kind of burger in the several combos I ordered this time! But I realized only when I got home, so nothing to do here! Because of this, the next time I ordered I better check it before I took it to go. That's when I realized I got it wrong again! So, I told them, but instead of at least a fake apology, both the cashier and the supposed manager got very defensive and rude! Today I gave them a chance again and the same old sad story. Instead of offering a simple replacement or listening to my feedback, the employee insisted the sandwich was fresh and dismissed my concerns without offering any solution.
