Willy's Jerk — Restaurant in Mississauga

Food is very good but customer service is horrible. I call in yesterday to place an order for pick up. I was told I need to give them a time of pickup. Well because I am a busy person I told her to get it ready I'm on my way there now should take me no more than about 10 mins. I was told again that they need a time which I repeated again I'm on the way. Well when I got there 15 mins later there were 3 people in restaurant. I informed her I'm here to pick up the call in. I paid 45$ and was told that it was not ready because she had too much to do! Like serving walkins or giving a Africian lady a crazy look because she wanted to know which chicken she recommends jerk or curry because she wasn't familiar with jamaican foods. Because of the looks the African lady left refusing to purchase any foods. She told me I have to wait until she served others. So because I was so busy I asked for my money back and left the store with my money. The purpose of calling in was to have my food ready not to wait on it. Get better customer service I know shes new but she needs training and tell her to smile sometime. Maybe if she smiles people might come back. I go to brampton before I come home to Mississauga. Always told there is no fried chicken or oxtail available. It wasn't late or too early either. Only cow foot and curry goat. Two of the things that I don't eat. As a restaurant your supposed have food ready at all times. Second, they are way too over priced. What's the difference between the medium and the large? Seems the same to me in terms of meat quantity. Third, staff is rude and lack customer service skills. Always giving looks and have a stoic look on their faces. Geez smile and interact with the customers. Food advertised on the menu is never cooked or unavailable. No patties are ever available. No difference between a medium and large serving. No gravy or coleslaw provided with your food. Fried chicken is dry with no gravy. With oxtail you can literally count the pieces they put with a huge serving of dry rice. Cashiers seem confused all the time like they can't count or balance floats. Interior of restaurant is constantly changing. Clientele who go there act sketchy as if they are going to the restaurant for the first time. Sometimes they never have desserts. Surprised to see their now making an effort to displace rum cake. My experience at this restaurant was exceptionally. I even got the name of the cook Garth and told him how much I enjoyed my dinner of jerk chicken with oxtail gravy. I had to stop again this evening and buy another dinner for my daughter who tasted my food and enjoy it so much. The chicken was moist and flavorful and done to perfection just like I am in Jamaica. The rice and peas had equal ratio of peas to rice and coconut milk evident. Taste like home effect. The cashier is a nice soft spoken lady and responded well to my greetings. Sometimes we have to give of ourselves. We can also be kind enough to let the servers know we are not satisfied with our meal than to take it online and give a bad review.
