Six of us went to Euphoria the night before Mother's Day to avoid the crowds and had an amazing experience. I don't normally post reviews but had to with Euphoria because I want this restaurant to be there forever.
Food - I am a chef by trade and hospitality professional, and have eaten all varieties of Indian cuisine, all regions, in many countries. I honestly think this was the best Indian food I have ever had in a restaurant. Vindaloo was amazing, naan was amazing, we ordered like a hundred other things and it really was all amazing. Five stars.
Service - We were a group of two adults and four teenagers. The teenagers and my husband had many questions that our servers graciously answered. Our servers made recommendations for dishes that were thoroughly enjoyed, and offered cautions about spice levels... which we ignored because we love spice but nonetheless I appreciate. They also advised as to the portion sizes so I didn't order too much. Five stars.
Ambiance - I really loved the ambiance. It's very nice in there but not so nice that you would feel underdressed. At one point I took my foodie son to watch the open kitchen action while we waited for the next course. The dessert display is there and my son had so many questions that the servers were happy to answer. The entire restaurant is clean and comfortable. Five stars.
Not kidding about the fact that I basically never post reviews but I need whoever owns this restaurant to know the value of their kitchen and service staff. I know that pay raises are hard to do in this industry... but they all deserve at least a free drink. Great job, we will...
Read moreI had high hopes for this place seeing their instagram, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Here’s a breakdown of our visit:
Tandoori Momos: Visually, they looked promising with a vibrant red color. But that’s where the excitement ended — they were completely tasteless. No flavor, no spice, just plain disappointment.
Paneer Lababdar: This dish was nowhere close to what it should be. Instead of the rich, creamy, and slightly tangy flavor you expect from a Lababdar, all we could taste was cardamom — overpowering and misplaced in this dish. It felt more like a cardamom curry than anything else.
Gol Gappe: At $11, this was the most underwhelming item. You get 8 puris with little stiffing and 3 small test tubes of flavored water — barely enough to fill 4-5 puris. How are you supposed to eat the remaining ones? It felt more like a gimmick than a genuine chaat experience.
Service: Very disappointing. We were never given main course plates after finishing appetizers — ended up eating everything on the same small starter plate. No one bothered to bring extra tissues either. For a dine-in experience, this kind of service just doesn’t cut it.
Sadly, the experience lacked both flavor and hospitality. Hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously.

Read moreWe wanted to try something we haven't tried before on my friend's birthday, so we decided to try Euphoria Bar and Restaurant which is in downtown Moncton.
The atmosphere is not bad but not that great either as I have had other great interiors in other restaurants in Moncton. They can certainly change their tables, especially for 2 people because the tables were too small to fit all the food.
Coming to the food, we had ordered a chicken tikka and veg pakoda for appetizers and both were wonderful. Both my friend and I loved it. Then we ordered chicken biryani, shahi paneer, and a combination of garlic & butter naan. And they were amazing, the biryani rice was fantastic and the chicken pieces were huge. The shahi paneer was my personal favourite, the gravy was creamy and delicious and fit perfectly with the garlic and butter naan. Would recommend the shahi paneer and chicken biryani. They also have a wide variety of alcohol and I chose to go with Johnny Walker Double black whiskey which fit well with the food.
The waiters were friendly, great at communication and their service was great. Would recommend the place just...
