My experience with Pink Sushi was absolutely unacceptable.

I placed an order a few days ago with the promise that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived on time, only to be told I needed to wait another 15 minutes. After waiting patiently in my car and returning, I was informed I would need to wait an additional 30 minutes. I simply could not waste more of my time, so I asked for a refund.

Shockingly, the woman at the counter said she didn’t know how to process refunds. When I asked for a manager, she made a call — right next to me — speaking a language I didn’t understand, and told me again that she couldn’t refund my money. Instead of any formal confirmation, she just handed me a business card.

I wrote to Pink Sushi through their website several days ago — no one even bothered to respond.

This is unacceptable. I will be reaching out to consumer protection agencies, and I will be leaving multiple honest and negative reviews across every platform to warn other customers. I will not stop until my refund is processed and everyone knows how Pink Sushi treats their clients.

Last night, the evening of March 31 2013, myself and my two friends ate at this establishment around 8:30pm.

Service was horrible - we were essentially ignored for the period of time we were there, despite there only being one other couple in the room.

Food was less than mediocre. Sushi tasted like it came from a frozen box.

Restaurant was uncomfortably hot, to the point where it was nearly impossible to breath.

Around 1:00am, the morning of April 1, both of my friends developed the symptoms of food poisoning. Why? The soya sauce that was served at this restaurant has been contaminated or has spoiled.

I myself have not developed food poisoning. I also did not consume the soya sauce. I sampled their orders as well, and we had eaten the exact same meals together all day. So the literal only possible cause is the soya sauce.
