My favourite desi restaurant in Montreal, environment is so clean food is soo good I will highly recommend this restaurant, I tried most of the indian and Paki restaurant but 786 is best amongst all, taste cleanliness and customer service 10/10 Just saw some hateful comments from other people I think people who are commenting like this are people from other restaurant located on that area cause I have been going to that restaurant for years and never experienced bad service or food quality. And most of people are saying that people who leave 5star are employees or owner let me tell u Im not an employee or owner , I work at the airport and so far it is the best restaurant in Montreal as I tried most of the restaurant here. So please dont pay attention on the hateful comments and you guys can see they are commenting 10 times in a day from different ids. It is most cleanest restaurant in Montreal and people who saying their Biryani has no taste and they r white rice , either they dont know what Zafraani biryani is or either they have worse taste cause zafraani biryani is all about the smell of Safron. I can tell they r people from dera or Sana restaurant who are uploading hateful comments just to bring down the sales but i must say Nice try losers, dera restaurant had a fine for almost $5k cause they had rats in their restaurant and they wash their chicken with bleacy water so please, And sana restaurant is so unhygienic , their food is so unhealthy and I also found hair in their food when I visited last month by mistake. 31st December 2022 evening I was with my Friend Dine in this restaurant. My impression "Chef Robert Irvine RESTAURANT IMPOSSIBLE/ Gordon Ramsay kitchen nightmares." We order beef nihari ti serve worm. Look like heat up microwave. This dish should be served piping hot smoke should seen when serve. Flavour less , unappealing and uneatables. First we order Lassi wait 15 min , then order main dish Lassi arrive 15 afert we finished main dish. We order coffee It is very funny hearing from server it will take 30 min to make a cup of coffee . So they are not able to serve us. In CANADA AND US 17 YEAR I WORKED IN RESTAURANT INDUSTRY . I never came across with this type of funny word. The quality has gone good to bad in between four months i have dined here. Let me lay it out there. It has a good ambiance and heavy crockery to eat it. Good silverware and nice glasses. That's the good part.

To the owner and chef, please stop selling kheer. The way you have prepared it, it's basically milk and rice put in it. I are the right and drank the milk separately. The cheapest menu item to prepare is the kheer and you have buried it badly. If you can't make a simple rice kheer then buy it from Walmart and sell it please.

Talking about buying it from Walmart, i ate shrimp fried rice. I was hoping to eat one shrimp, i single piece of a complete shrimp.
