i would like to share with you a terrible situation happened to me From Mr.Yassin today March 21 . 2020 in FRONT OF MY 8 yrs old daughter ....... i came inside and said Salamu Alaikum like any customer will do , but no answer was received , then i said again the same and then Mr.Yassin answered me ( waalaikum assalam ) , it was not the first time to happen this attitude from him , i didnt come to the place for 4 month for the same reason and attitude of Mr.Yassin .......... i asked him to buy Al Fakher Tobaco ( Grape Mint ) with the usual price 30$ .... he answered no it is 35$ cause it is hard to get now , i said ok i will get 4 and make them each 30$ like any deal you would like to make , then he said no again ....... so i said ok give me only 1 for 35$ , i gave him 40$ , then he came to THROW ME THE 5 $ on the counter IN FRONT OF MY 8 YRS OLD DAUGHTER , I Even left the 5$ On the counter and he didn't even bother to say i am sorry or something or come get back your 5$ Subhan Allah , i tried to explain him why i was not coming for the past 4 month and trying to make him understand that i am talking about ( His attitude and NOT THE PRICE that is my problem ) but he was not willing to understand anything from what i am saying , as if i am his slave or something , so so so SAD to see this attitude from Arabs to Arabs , if it was a Quebecois or non Arab , you will immediately see their smile , SO SAD GUYS , my problem was with the attitude and face expressions he was using as if i was in need for him or his mercy ........ his attitude was way beyond arrogance , it is so sad , i used to love this place so much , but after what happened today i think i should start talking and saying what was happening , again this comment was a result of several situations also from the past ........ So Sad , i really wish you guys change your attitude towards your clients , i used to LOVE this place but no more .........Sorry , and you can keep my 5$ too , i am not even going to bother to get it after this horrible...

BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO GO, owner is very disrespectful. Their chicha is always without any flavour whatever the flavour you ordred. They serve them with the same « normally disposable» tubes (in plastic) since the first time i went there ( year and a half ). To sum it up, hygiene does not exist in this « restaurent » they prepare chicha and food in the same « kitchen » . NOT...

I love this place! If you're ever craving a good shish taouk or brochette, this is the best place in CDN! Show some support during covid and order to go. Affordable and healthy with great service and friendly vibes.

Mellow dim lounge environment, great for studying, shisha chilling, and watching sports or entertainment on the big TVs. Missing the vibes...
