I hate to do this, because I used to really love Benny & co.
This was the absolute worst delivery & customer service experience in recent memory.
I ordered 2 meals online using their website. The delivery driver showed up with 1/2 of the order. He then proceeds to drop that box and spills sauce everywhere. When I asked where the other half of the order is, he said that's all he has for me. So I ask for the receipt to prove what I ordered... which he conveniently lost. He then gets rude with me, starts blaming the restaurant for the missing food, and tells me to call them to sort it out.
30 seconds later I'm on the phone with the restaurant to ask for a refund. It took 3 employees passing the phone to each-other before one decided to hear about the situation.
I was then on and off hold for 35 minutes while they figure out if and how they can refund me.
Turns out there's no possible way they could refund me. Somehow they have a way of charging my credit card from their website, but have no way to refund it without me coming in. Obviously not true as I've worked with many types of POS systems including ones with ecommerce integration.
They claim the best they could do is give me a coupon and try to have some manager call me back another day.
Not only was it a disgraceful delivery experience, but they completely fumbled the opportunity to make up for it with good customer support.
I've wasted 35 minutes of my time, got half my order, and still no refund.

ROSEMONT location. Delivery driver came with only 1/2 the order. Said it wasn’t his problem as “it’s not him who deals with that”. Called the restaurant and a girl answered. First of all, she never even apologized. Said that it’s not her who deals with that. Then says “what do you want us to do about it” with major attitude! As if it was our fault! I should have read the reviews first, so disappointed, ordered a wrap , it was freakin empty, wilted salad, a complete disaster, the fries are dry and tasteless, but i think they always were though I expected it, don’t waste your money trust me!
