While all the cafes has moved on and take your mug for coffee and other drinks, premier moisson is still living in the past and contribute to waste production. it is shame. Sanitary measures can be respected by putting proper procedures in place like many other businesses in town not to compromise the true values accepted by the society. As a suggestion: use a reusable steel cup to prepare your drinks which will be in touch with your machines, staff , etc. and fill costumer reusable cups with the one of your own! but it is always easier not to bother and take the easiest path to...

One of the most consistent worst services I've ever seen. Although there would be a long line of customers waiting to be served, the staff just doesn't care, and you would see 2 or 3 staff members in the back chatting, while only 1 staff is serving all those customers, and taking it's longest possible time.
