  • August 2023 update * People change but I still felt comfortable visiting cafecito twice during a 3 night visit to Montreal. Both times my cappuccino was great and people were kind. Sitting was comfortable inside and also on the little sidewalk bench where one can watch cars, birds and people going by. I look forward to coming back next time I visit.

Original review Cafecito is the best thing that happened to my quiet street over the last year. The people there are always polite, friendly and kind to the lactose intolerant haha I appreciate the availability of oat milk, the comfortable armchairs, the open garage door when the weather is nice and the acceptance of Apple Pay. Great place to relax and have a coffee, tea or even something non-caffeinated if you are allergic...

This is a very nice little coffee shop. It is nicely decorated and gave me the feeling that I was actually somewhere down south. I had a cappuccino and it tasted great. The pastries were alright. The service was friendly and smiley. I can't wait to go back. Sitting on those chairs and having a nice coffee with pastries on a beautiful day was just perfect! Parking around the area was hard to find though. But not the shops fault. Just a heads-up so that you plan some time to find parking if you're driving. It's also a few steps away from the Lachine Canal and...

I had cafecito. It was my first time trying something like this. I even didn't try coffee until now but strangely, it felt something familiar and was not as bitter as i expected it to be. Regarding the place, this is a nice cozy place in the middle of nowhere. It's hard to find but the vibe and the style of the Cafe is very soothing and is ideal for a quick break. Maybe click some good pictures behind their picturesque walls and enjoy a pleasant sip of coffee!!!. I wish they had more branches atleast in the downtown but yeah a nice place to...

A pink dream! This café has been on my list since 2019, and I finally got to check it out. I don’t know where to begin. The all-pink, vintage Cuban-inspired decor is adorable. The Latino playlist is top-notch. The girls working there are so, so friendly. The coffee is delicious. I ordered an iced oat latte and the espresso was bold and strong. Do not miss this coffee spot in the Old Port!

Such a cute coffee shop. Staff is very friendly. Their iced oat latte is delicious! Not the easiest café to find, but once you know where it is, you’ll be back 😊 They also offer tasty sandwiches and other interesting products from local vendors such as Les Filles Fattoush. Great little coffee shop in the Old Port!
