it has been a couple of years since i came here. but i was talking with someone about pizzas and the conversation progressed to the nastiest pizza I had ever. which reminded to leave a review. firstly, I came here for my lunch break during school, during a snow storm. I got there like 30 minutes before they opened since, i didn't realise they open in the afternoon, but whatever the door was open so I entered and waited for someone to take my order for like 8 minutes to no luck, they were just ignoring me and going about their conversation, which at the time I did not want interrupt. I did not realise that they weren't open until after like 15min when the lady finally came up to me to tell me that they were not open yet, which I understand not taking my order since they were not open yet but they could have at least told me sooner, to come back when they were open, which I would have happily done. However by this point it was approaching the opening time and if I left now I'd have to return as soon as I got back to school which would waste my lunch time, also like previously mentioned their was also a snow storm happening outside. So I asked them if I could just wait at a table until they opened which they thankfully agreed to. However, during this time they kept shooting dirty glances at me like I was doing something wrong or I was an inconvenience to them. when I was just scrolling through my phone to kill time. Once they officially opened I made my order and which I took and left. Once I got back, I started eating the pizza, the center was sooooooooo soggy and mushy due to either them covering the pizza with so much cheese on a thin crust pizza that the oil of the cheese seeped into the dough or it was simply just undercooked. I could barely stomach it. Either way the experience, food and service were all abysmal and this restaurant tries to hide it through flashy gimmicks and aesthetics. If the food was good I could at least forgive the poor service.
just want to point out the opening time misunderstanding was mb, but them not saying anything for 15min, leaving the door unlocked before they were opened and repeatedly shooting glances was why the service got 1 star.
also, I got the...
Read moreI’ve never had a bad experience with pizza, but the staff at the St-Henri location left me really disappointed. I placed my order online 10 minutes before arriving, as I usually do, so it would be ready when I got there. Instead, when I asked about my order, the staff member at the counter ignored me until I repeated myself, then told me it was still in the queue. I ended up waiting over 12 minutes while people who ordered after me at the counter received their pizzas first.
When I asked why, I was told their “priority” is walk-in orders, then delivery apps, and only last their own website orders. If this is truly the policy, it makes no sense and discourages loyal neighborhood customers. To make things worse, the staff’s attitude felt dismissive rather than helpful.
If the owners read this, I hope you’ll review how staff treat customers and how orders are prioritized. The food is good, but the experience at this location needs serious improvement. As there is no short of pizza places...

It was empty when we arrived, but we still had to wait a bit due to a backlog of mobile and Uber Eats orders. Thankfully, we beat the rush, wait times would definitely be longer if you come later.
I tried the Wu-Tang Kills Bees and was pleasantly surprised. It’s not something I’d normally go for, but the spicy Calabrese salami balanced with a touch of honey really worked. The dough stood out, Neapolitan style, cooked in a 900-degree oven. The crust had a nice char, was slightly puffy (solid cornicione), and had that perfect combo of crunch on the outside with a soft, airy inside.
If you’re dining in, just note that everything is served in takeout boxes, which makes for a bit of a juggling act when you’re four people trying to eat around a small table.
Would return if I’m in...
