I wish I could give zero stars I was finding something vegetarian and asked a alot about options although there was misunderstanding in taking order but being a customer you expect who is giving you food takes care of it. The order taking lady was soo ignorant and didn’t even helped to fix the order they give us fish in pizza inspite of asking something vegetarian. The Heirloom offers a variety of pizza. A bit expensive as most things in the Central foodcourt. It’s quick to order and serve, you’ll get a biper telling you when to come back to take your pizza The pizza are thin, the dough is pretty good. Second and last time visiting this place. First time was ok, not impressed but at least pizza was fresh and taste was fine. Today after ordering, I decided to sit in the bar and I could observe the bad hygienic practice while cooking. One of the chefs was eating some fried chichen on the side and then went to knead the dough without cleaning his hands and without wearing gloves, actually both chefts were manipulating all ingredients without gloves, and touching different surfaces.
