At first did not know where this theatre was located as its a smaller venue but IT IS still within Place des Arts.
DIRECTIONS: Easiest way to find it is to use entrance parallel to Complex des Jardins. Its literally right across from it. Once in that entrance it will be super easy finding it. Its a little more confusing from the metro but really as long as you go towards Place des Arts where all the theatres are you will see signs.
INSIDE :The theatre is air conditioned so bring a shawl even in summer I kinda was too cold .
SEATING: You have a good view of stage from different priced seats as its a smaller venue. I had row F and could see really well. Therefore do not worry if you do not have very upfront seats because in general the view is good from several rows back too.
WHEELCHAIRS: YES it is wheel chair accessible but you should ask before which entrances and staff usually assists to seat.
I went there during Just for Laughs to a play called Mama and everything ran organized and smoothly. When you come out there is an exit which can lead you to Quartier de Spectacles or signs indicating metro. Parking is available indoors too. Ask for combo show...
