Really good casual Asian restaurant. The vibe is relaxed and the service was quick and friendly. The food was tasty, with generous portions and well-balanced flavors. I had the ramen and a box— both were great, though the ramen broth could’ve had a bit more depth. Still, everything felt fresh and well-made. It’s a solid spot if you’re looking for something flavorful, unpretentious, and reasonably priced. I’d definitely come back.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because one time I ordered over the phone, and when I went to pick up the food, it wasn’t what I had ordered. I had to wait another 20 minutes on the spot while they remade it. They fixed it in the end, but the experience was a bit...

Very very very salty inedible miso soup (almost like drinking soy sauce) and flavorless sushi. I browsed the review many people said their miso soup was flavor less from reviews a few months ago, maybe they now put too much salt to overcompensate it. Fillings was full of oily tempura crisps. Not much protein inside. Can’t taste either its shrimp or crab or salmon because they use a lot of cheap tempura crisps. Not worth it even though it was only 20$ per person I still feel not worth it cuz it’s taking space in my stomach. Feels like they poured the whole bottle of soya sauce into their miso soup. Not edible. The wasabi that comes with the sushi was squishy, yes squishy...

Wandering (Google) in search of food had me happen upon this restaurant. I had a Japanese food craving so figured I'd try it out. I had their Eel Donburi and Tako Wasabi. The Eel Donburi was tasty and the rice was a perfect consistency. The tako wasabi made me think "the force is strong in this one" and the force was the wasabi. 😂 Personally, I like a lot of wasabi, but there's such a thing as balance, and this was overdone for me. I had originally wanted to order their salmon & uni chirashi bowl but they were out of uni. Side note, underground heated parking is nearby as otherwise it is the usual downtown Montreal struggle for parking, but expect usual...

Hands down one of the best Japanese restos in Montreal! I happened to find this place when exploring my neighborhood. The restaurant has a very lovely and cozy ambiance with modern decoration style. Staff is courteous and friendly. I ordered several plates and all of them were beyond my expectations. The snow crab poke bowl is a must. Fresh crab meat, delicious rice with the perfect stickiness...everything is so tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone comes to Griffintown.
