incredibly slow service. they seem to change baristas often and dont seem to retain them long enough to get experience, they all seem to struggle with tasks and knock food service objects on the ground just to put them back on the service counter
most times I queue here I just leave because they don't take orders as they work, this morning four of us waited ten minutes to be served and three of us walked out. I tried ordering a wrap and the barista repeatedly took it as a small coffee because they don't know their own menu
It's morning people need to get quick service and dip.

Me: hi, I’ll have an iced americano please Server: zones out for 10 seconds Me: it’s espresso with water Server: I know…. I have some cold espresso in the fridge Me: great! Server pulls out pot of espresso from the fridge and proceeds to pour a 16oz cup full of it and added ice. Me: ummm is that just espresso? 😅 Server:…. Yeah… espresso Me: … can you add some water… Server: taste it first then I’ll adjust I take a sip and it’s straight espresso. I hand it to the server and he pours half of it back into the pot then adds water to my cup.

The food was so expensive for the quality! And person who made my food didn't even wear gloves, how dare they?? I saw them scratching their head really hard before making it too! Who knows what's under those nails! My coffee was cold when they handed it to me but I ordered it hot... And when I sat down, the tables were a little dirty... I looked down at my lap and dust had fallen on my pants! These are so hard to wash properly! I didn't complain a lot to them because they looked like they were all having a really bad day...
