La Diperie Griffintown — Restaurant in Montreal

Edit: Oct 2023—there is a very noticable lack of variety of products, including the core premise of the place—dip flavours. Maybe five out of around 20 types were available. A lot of the other advertised menu items are unavailable as well, in my visits through Sept and Oct. Maybe this is because summer is over, but the menus should be updated to reflect a fall or winter selection without the visual clutter of everything that is NOT available.

Huge variety of products, the new owners are chill, the young staff are super friendly and hard working especially with rushes of customers combined with many online/app orders. The extra-late hours the new owners brought is amazing: the city needs more late-night options like this! Prices can feel a bit steep but I understand that Notre Dame commercial leases are high and the price of dairy specifically (among many other things) have skyrocketed lately. Some of the dip flavours are only so-so, but they have an often-overlooked hard ice cream freezer that sometimes has a great watermelon sorbet that features little chocolate...

Went there last Sunday (July 10th 2022), bought 2 kids size cones and a Ferrero. BE CAREFUL! They overcharged everything! When I went to pay, I found that the total was more expensive than what was supposed to be so I asked her why the prices are different than what’s on the wall, she just simply said due to inflation, they changed their prices but haven’t change it on the wall. My husband and kids already started to eat so I just paid and left. Samething happened to my friend few days before. Should have let the clientele know the prices before they order. Will...

I had an amazing experience at Le Diperie in Griffintown! Their soft serve vanilla dipped in white chocolate with almonds was a delightful treat, and the soft serve vanilla dipped in milk chocolate with almonds was equally delicious. My kids loved their soft serve vanilla dipped in blue chocolate with sprinkles, and The Madeline Oreo flavor was a unique and tasty choice. To top it off, the vanilla milkshake was simply divine. The staff was incredibly friendly and made our visit even more enjoyable. I'm definitely planning to come back for more...
