Of all the bakeries that I visit in the Plateau area, this one has always been my go-to place, and probably will be for a long time.

Firstly, the staff is amazing. They're very friendly and courteous, and make your visit even if it's for a small cup. They know how to put a smile on your face.

Then there's the food. The quality of their bakeries are Sublime, a touch of French origins with modern blends. And they have a wide selection of sweet and savory combos.

Where they truly excel above others is the quality of their sweets. The perfect balance of sugar and flavor in each choice

Nice pastry shop. The Bûche was absolutely incredible. One of the better ones I've had in years. 10 times better than Première Moisson. The baguette wasn't very good. Not airy on the inside and crispy on the outside. A real parisian baguette is supposed to be airy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Muffins were nothing special but the cookies (maple) were very good. I recommend it for pastries...

A fairly impressive chain of bakeries that, like other local bakery chains, offers a pretty wide selection of French breads, pastries, and elaborate tortes, either by the slice or sold whole, and as one may expect elsewhere, items are fairly standard, clearly labelled and priced.
