I don’t usually write reviews but what happened today was completely unacceptable, hence my complaint. I’ve always been a fan of Lucille’s branch in Mt. Tremblant and when I heard they opened in Downtown, I couldn’t wait to try it. All seemed fine at first, as the trainee waiters were doing a great job explaining our dishes and serving us. When I got to my main dish, the Seafood Linguine, I found grains of SAND while chewing on the mussels. I kindly called the waiter, Cedric, to explain what happened. He took the plate and brushed it off as if nothing happened. Not even a “sorry”. I was absolutely disgusted by this and ordered the cheque immediately. I reluctantly payed for a plate that I took 2 bites out of, and I told CEDRICK that I was completely dissatisfied with the quality of service compared to their Mt. Tremblant branch. He very rudely laughed and told me to leave a review if I’m not satisfied. So here it is, CEDRICK. Never been more disappointed in my entire life! Note: I spoke to the manager, Nick, about the situation. He handled it very professionally and offered to make things right. I truly...

We had a very nice dinner at Lucille's. From the moment we entered the front doors, Jesse (the manager) greeted us with a friendly smile. The restaurant is modern and clean and sleek. Our server Thomas was nice, professional, and just friendly and attentive enough. A good server, working multiple tables and providing good service for sure.

The calamari starter was good, crispy and flavorful. I ordered the grilled seafood linguine which was literally the best I've ever had. Good amount of seafood and very tasty pasta was delicious. We also got the BBQ ribs platter over fries which was huge! And a steak frites which was cooked well and of good quality and taste. The cocktails were pretty good as well.

Jesse came over to check on our table before and after the meal, and was not only providing great service as a manager, he is also a pretty cool guy. Delicious food, great, friendly service, and a cool vibe made for a great...

After days of eating our way through Montreal, we decided to go eat by Centre Bell to watch the Habs game and I am SO glad we did.

This was the best service of the trip. From the time we ordered our meals (four of us got a few bottles of red and the seafood linguine, tuna, ribs, and octopus on Greek salad) it was fast. Almost weirdly fast! My Octopus on Greek salad was top 5 best meals I have ever had. Do not debate getting it. Get it! I will be dreaming about this dish until I return again from Vancouver. It was perfectly seasoned, tender, and the sauce…the sauce! I could drink the sauce. I adore how the feta came out sliced as well, instead of traditionally crumbled. So flipping good.

Management - please acknowledge Ryan for his outstanding service. Timely, friendly, funny, knowledgeable. Best service I have had in a long time. He was made to be in the people industry and you can tell that he cares...

We stopped by Lucille’s for drinks and bites before the Katy Perry concert on Wednesday July 30th and it was the perfect start to our evening! Jomo, who is a chef there, not only came to say hello, but he also served us with some incredible dishes; his burrata was next-level, the oysters were fresh and briny, and the lobster crab dip was absolutely delectable. The personalized experience left us with great memories! The service was just as impressive as the food; friendly, attentive, and welcoming. No wait to get a seat, and the staff made us feel right at home, like we were hanging out with friends. Huge shoutout to Jomo for his talent in the kitchen; he truly made the experience unforgettable for my sister and I. Lucille’s is definitely a gem, and we’ll be back soon!

The lobster rolls were crazy good, fries were warm and crunchy, and the absolute best part of the meal has to be the tiramisu!! I would recommend this place to everyone. Best of both worlds - a great ambience, and sublime food Edit: I really liked the tiramisu and went in the following week to get two for takeout, I quickly ordered at the front desk and the dude up front was able to get me my order in about within 3 minutes. I went again this week and I was told there’s no take out whatsoever, not even for tiramisu. This was a bummer because I drove all the way under the impression that Lucilles haven’t just abruptly changed their policies. The zero flexibility and and uncertainty about what services will be provided the next time I go, has ruined my experience
