McDonald's — Restaurant in Montreal

I don't often visit there for a few reasons. Before the pandemic, This Mcdonald usually is a hot spot for elders to hang out or other customer with "gamer" laptop using wifi, staying there from morning to evening. This is a small restaurant, so you always have to order for take out. the fountain for drink is always dirty. That i don't know if it's the lack of the staff effort to make it clean or it just customers likes to mess around all the drinks with the small ketchup cup.

You see, this restaurant has both bad employees and bad customers. I see people cutting lines, homeless, not paying food and sits on the table and one elder man asked my help for his smart phone and I was unable to help due it's all written in foreign Asian language and tells me I should be ashamed of myself not knowing and learning this specific language as an Asian and then spit on my shoes.

That's customer bad stuff. On the employee however, i've seen them paying a homeless to broom and clean the floor for them. My burger isn't always done properly(missing one or 2 ingredients.) Toilet is a must not to enter due how dirty it is. There is always fruit fly where the ketchup is. But on the bright side, whenever I make an order, they never show any sign of being rude to me, not once.

Remember, this all happen before the pandemic. I haven't visit since the re-opening. I guess what is worth for a visit is after 9PM you get 2 Bigmacs for a price of one. I believe it's a local Mcdonald promotion and it's been like this...

Slow staff as hell got food 25 minutes after we ordered with not many customers there. Ordered no pickles and got them on my cheeseburger. Drinking fountainhad no ice. I get back and open up my big mag and shocker both patties are in the same section with nothing between the second layer . Also the meat look like it got ripped up... So an update brought back my food and spoke to another person who was the manager , the person I mistook for the manager was the customer service rep well great she sucked at her job or this one ws covering for her. Either way I asked for a refund and got it , was asked if I wanted my order done again ..guess what I said you are better off going to the Tim Hortons across the street or the Subways next to it . This MCD really makes this chain...

I find Mcdonals prices have been raised too much lately.For that reason, I do not shop there and use the restaurant "subway app" for better offers. A change Mcdonalds did months ago is to ask app clients to use a highr version Android app.Since some cellphones don't have that version obviously we can't use their app to order.In the mean time they're sending me emails to use an app that I don't have their updated version.Wake up Mcdonalds ! ! The ice cream cone portion varies dramatically depending on which worker prepares the order and in my opinion the ice cream used to taste more milky now they may have reduced the milk ingredient and added more water and/or sugar to make up the difference.Bad move if...
