McDonald's — Restaurant in Montreal

Worst McDonalds ever. Came in, ordered, saw my order on the screen. Disappeared, woman asks for my order number, all i had was a smoothie, took them 15 minutes, we were 3 people in the restaurant and 2 cars in drive-thru.

Woman before me leaves, comes back 1 minute later saying her coffee is cold, same woman replies: “thats cause there’s cream in it it makes it cold”, looking at the customer as if she’s stupid…at this point this was the third out of three customers that were upset. First one wanted a large fry and was just ignored and insulted by the young cashier, who goes to her friend to laugh in his face.

These employees are the worst i have ever seen, screwing up everything, just chatting and not working, laughing and running around. Really bad image for McDonalds.

Not coming back here for sure. Get some actual employees, or do something about this for...

If you're thinking that a McDonald's on the side of the 40 looks tantalizing enough for a quick stop, just continue driving. there's a boatload of restaurants nearby. I've gone here 2 times in my life which means that I am insane. the first time, I waited nearly 15 minutes for an order of fries while there was no line. the second time is right now, I've been waiting for 25 minutes for an order of nuggets and fries. I think they are in the back slaughtering the chickens, harvesting the potatoes, and they must have sent someone to the sea for fresh salt. it is almost comedic, if it wasn't me being implicated in this scenario of McDonald's limbo. I am starting a GoFundMe to have the owner sent to a business school of some sort to learn business acumen and to better run a business that should be raking money due to...

What a disaster of a place!!! Floor very messy, tables dirty and no one to clean. Came here to get a quick lunch however turned out to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been served or seen. Employees are just teenagers who are swearing all over the place and yelling at each other using slang and horrible language that disgusts all the clients. I had to help Uber get the bag since no one was assisting him. Top it off, my sandwich raw and I was missing pretty much all my meal except for the burger itself. If you want any to go to a McDonald’s avoid this one for sure as you will just get irritated with all the swearing and disrespect among employees towards each other. Not to mention horrible...
