Mont Tacos - Saint-Denis — Restaurant in Montreal

Ordered for pickup, they didn’t have the ingredients for the taco (fries, mushrooms and onions.) but did not mention at all about it until I called them.

Instead of saying that right away, they denied my claim until I mentioned that is what’s written on Uber eats, and that I got those specific ingredients from other branches.

Also, I had to wait about 10 minutes after app said it is ready to pick up. When I walked to cash they barely just put meat on the grill. I don’t mind waiting longer but claiming that it is ready when they aren’t anywhere close wasn’t cool.

They also happened to not have wrap for tacos, so it was rolled in a table papers. I don’t mind it either but I wasn’t notified and it was not folded or taped so tacos were just everywhere in the bag.

I understand that it’s new year and may have issue with supply chain. But denying it and pretend like everything is okay won’t fix the issue. Very...

We came here on Sunday, April 4th around 1pm; not many people so the wait from start to finish was about 10minutes.

The girl who helped us understand the menu (first time from Alberta) was very friendly and patient! She might have been the manager on duty but can't confirm because she was the only one welcome and saying goodbye to customers. We asked for a sample of the Algerian sauce and she gave it to use with some fries. It is slightly spicy/sweet, a little creamy, with onions in it; highly recommend.

We ordered the XL which is very filling so I wouldn't suggest this size unless you can eat a lot. The philly steak needs more salt on it as it is bland for +$1. We had one taco with falafel but there was only 2 in there which was unfortunate. Another option for more spice would be nice.

Overall I'd come back but needs more seasoning to...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! If I could give no stars, I would.... My husband and I stopped here for what we hoped would be tacos/burritos. Regardless of the name of the place, that is not the dish this joint offers. Basically, what you can expect is a light sprinkling of meat, barely any cheese and a pound of badly fried, greasy French Fries in your "Burrito". After paying 2$ for your choice of meat, 1.50$ for your choice of cheese, 1.75$ for sauce(s) each on top of the 5.75 your small sandwich costs... I never write comments like this, but I opted to today because the service was impossible, the men behind the counter were extremely rude, unattentive and uncooperative. All in all, I would hope nobody else wastes their money or time...
