Muffin Plus — Restaurant in Montreal

I ordered from "Muffin Plus" in the mall's food court and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. I ordered a trio meal, consisting of a tuna wrap, carrot soup, and peach juice for $17. However, the quality of both the food and service did not meet basic expectations.

The peach juice was mostly ice, which diluted the flavor significantly. The tuna wrap was supposed to include spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, but it contained iceberg lettuce instead, and there were no sun-dried tomatoes at all. To make it worse, the wrap was only half-filled, with both halves largely consisting of bread and very little filling. The carrot soup was similarly unsatisfying, tasting mostly like herb-infused water with barely a hint of carrot.

I returned to the counter to politely explain my concerns and request a refund, as the meal was far from what I had paid for. Unfortunately, the response was defensive and dismissive. After an extremely unprofessional interaction, I was offered less than half of what I had paid, which I found inadequate given that I had barely touched the meal.

This experience left me deeply dissatisfied, not only with the quality of the food but also with the way the situation was handled. I believe that customers deserve transparency and quality when paying for a meal, and I regret that this was not provided.

Omg this was the nastiest food ever . I ordered via Uber I had the BLT on a bagel and some type of red velvet cake which cost 3$ for a slither which tasted like raspberries and the BLT was disgusting. The bagel was ice cold and hard as a bullet and the tomato was mushy and tasteless the bacon tasted like a cheap imitation. Never again!!!! Waste...
