New Victoria Fish — Restaurant in Montreal

I usually dont give one star to any marcket or restaurants. This place is just awful enough that i have no excuse to give it a one star. The stuff there don't use gloves or wash their hands. After touching money at cashier, they touch your salmon. There are flies flying around. Judging by the color of their fish, you don't really want to know how long it s been sitting there. A lady bought 2 small slices of salmon enough for one meal and a tiny bit of smoked salmon. That costs her 55$. what a joke! The selections of fishes are very poor. Salmon and tuna and maybe 2 other kind of fishes and that's it. You can't find anything.

I walked in this store asking them how much one whole baby salmon will cost.They say it's around 60 to 65 $. Then I told them I will check out other stores to compare the price a little. The stuff says:"In canada, we don't compare prices" then he pointed the door and say:"go, go"How in the world I m not allowed to compare prices In Canada and what the heck is he talking about. I was really offended by his gesture and offensive language. Never ever I will go back to this...

The guy who works there is extremely rude. Last time my mother came into the store she didn’t buy much and the guy at the counter told her “ you driving a mercedez and that’s all you’re going to buy” my mother is not rich and the mercedez she drives belongs to me. Today she came into the store asking for something that they were out of, he told her “ we don’t have it come back tomorrow, Bye bye now” while making a rude go away gesture with his hands. Next time I will be the one showing up and I dare him to say something like that to me. Extremely Rude and has something against people who drive mercedez apparently. My mom is the nicest lady you can find and no she doesn’t have much money, your employee should be ashamed to treat...

I just called to get a quote on some fish as there was no answer to my emails. The person that answered was short and couldn’t care less about my business clearly. The website mentions delivery and menu being available online… well unless you are in the Côtes-des-Neiges area and can make it there during their opening hours, you are out of luck in finding out whether they have: King Fish, Grouper or Red Snapper… sad that in these times, customer service levels continue to decline in many areas … thank you New Victoria Fish for demonstrating that no new...
